Charge Up To 6X Faster.
When linked into a Level 2 charge station, the Charge Tank option provides up to 85-mile of riding for every hour of charging. Thirty miles of biking is now equivalent to one cup of coffee. Alternatively, depending on the battery capacity, you may set it entirely in as little as an hour.
Charging. Meet household outlet.
No other charging equipment is needed. Standard household outlets have now been transformed into “fueling” stations that provide daily rides for a fraction of the price of gasoline. Plugin at night and have a complete “tank” every day.
Ride more. Maintain less.
Goodbye, stale waiting room doughnuts and expensive powertrain maintenance. Sophisticated. Simple. The Z-Force® engine does away with the oily mess that fossil burners leave behind. Oil, spark plugs, clutches, filters, chain adjustments, and costly tune-ups are not required. Instead, a carbon fiber belt links the back wheel to a single-moving-part motor that delivers torque beyond typical superbikes.
We are always moving forward. The Z-Force® powertrain’s code is constantly being tweaked to increase performance. The Zero App makes it simple to install updates on your mobile device.
Battery
The Z-Force® battery from Zero Motorcycles is the most potent and energy-dense in the EV market. The new ZF7.2 battery is included with the Zero S. To increase battery capacity by 3.6 kWh, use a Power Tank accessory.
The battery is built to endure, with a five-year guarantee covering unlimited miles. Long-Term Storage Mode is also available on the Zero S, which optimizes the battery’s charge level and improves long-term battery health.
Motor
With a design so efficient, the Z-Force® motor generates steady power and up to 116 ft-lb with simply passive air cooling. Increase the throttle to get enormous acceleration. Roll-off the gas pedal to gradually return energy to the battery.
There will be no heavy, complex, or costly liquid cooling. There’s no hassle. There is no need for periodic maintenance. This brushless motor is the most efficient, powerful, and small in the business.
Dash
The Zero S has a full-color display displaying essential information like speed, battery level, power output, riding mode, and more. Sync with your smartphone to personalize the news on your dashboard.
Suspension
Zero worked with Showa to create a smooth suspension with exceptional small bump compliance and predictable impact management. The complete suspension system can be modified to glide over any city street or blast down your favorite curvy routes quickly.
Wheels and Tires
Corner with assurance. To create a system that gives optimum grip, Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires are placed on beautiful cast alloy wheels. To enhance handling, a hollow front axle reduces unsprung weight.
Brakes
Bosch’s anti-lock braking system (ABS) ensures safe braking. The technology, which has been tested in almost every condition imaginable, optimizes deceleration when you apply the brakes firmly. The braking system is controlled by levers that may be modified for better ergonomics. The rider can turn on or off ABS.
Direct Drive
Remove clutches, gears, shifting, chains, and their heaviness. As energy softly converts into propulsion, seamlessly rocket to speeds above 100 mph with pure efficiency. The Zero S has a direct drive system. Its cutting-edge engine is connected to the rear wheel via a carbon fiber belt.
Standard Charge Port
Simple and understated. The regular charging port is a hidden one. The onboard charger is readily connected to any standard home outlet using a lightweight wire. There’s no need for extra charging equipment.
The Tank
There is no more flexible motorbike “tank” on the planet. The regular Zero S tank has a large lockable storage compartment. Do you want quicker charging or more range? Replace the standard tank with one of the Charge Tanks.
