The Vulcan 1700 Vaquero 2020 Kawasaki ABS Cruisers features make it the top-of-the-line bagger cruiser in its class, offering the best combination of utility in a wide range of conditions, from inner-city jogging to cruising on the open road. The Candy Imperial Blue Vulcan 1700 Vaquero is offered on ABS for 2020.
The Vulcan 1700 Vaquero 2020 Kawasaki ABS Cruisers may look like an exceptional V-twin bagger, but it’s in a league of its own. The roaring 1,700cc engine provides a smooth, stable ride with state-of-the-art Kawasaki technology. The blackout engine, the unusual style of bodywork, and the selected chrome elements create a distinctive and aggressive look.
Kawasaki’s first beggar model has a broader and shorter design, which flows from front to back of the bike. The Vulcan 1700 Vaquero is equipped with advanced cruising basics, in addition to Kawasaki’s state-of-the-art braking system K-ACT ABS, electronic cruise control, and a music system compatible with a high-spec iPod, in addition to its rugged, athletic shape.
The engine’s shroud, side cover, rear fender, muffler, and side-opening saddlebags are part of the original design of the Vulcan® 1700 Vaquero®, based on the Vulcan® 1700 Voyager®. The various blackout elements of the Vaquero add to the rigid, aggressive shape of the vehicle.

V-Twin Engine
The engine has a long stroke and is designed to deliver a lot of torque. The temperature of the generator stator coil is lowered using a liquid-cooled A / C generator, which increases the handling capacity of more accessories. The semi-dry-sump (KP) design reduces the overall height of the engine while keeping excess oil away from the crank, preventing damage to the stirrer from power theft.
The gearbox stores oil, eliminating the need for an oil tank. The use of three oil pumps (two squeezings and one feed) helps to reduce turbulence loss and improve oil circulation. The polished edge feathers meet the cylinder heads while tapping the cylinder bases beautifully, and the water jackets surround the very top of the cylinders.
Compared to cast pistons, high-performance forged pistons (KP) are lighter, stronger and more heat resistant. Oil jets keep pistons cool and help them last longer. Dual primary engine balancers (KP) and rubber engine mounts (KP) help distinguish high-frequency vibrations while giving the rider a sense of the primary power pulse of a muscle engine. The crankshaft has the same pin for this classic V-twin grille and pulse.
Digital Fuel Injection (KP)
A thin fuel must is produced by dual 42mm throttle bodies with an atomizing fuel injector, resulting in higher combustion and fuel economy.
Electronic Throttle Valve (ETV) (KP)
The throttle pulley operates an acceleration position sensor (APS), which sends signals to a small motor that controls the throttle valves via the ECU. It reduces rider fatigue by making the throttle much lighter, and more accurate throttle control leads to better performance, smoother running, and fuel efficiency.
Cable-powered APS eliminates the need for expensive switch housing electronics that can be destroyed and replaced in the event of a motorcycle overturning to the right.

TCBI with Digital Advance (KP)

It reduces rider fatigue by making the throttle much lighter, and more accurate throttle control leads to better performance, smoother running, and fuel efficiency.

6-Speed Transmission
Overdrive 6th gear helps increase fuel efficiency by rapidly reducing rpm. The ECU communicates with the gear position sensor to reduce fuel consumption and adjust the time for a better sense of power. An indicator on the speedometer lets the rider see the current gear position at a glance.
Belt Drive
The shaft drive weighs less, which improves ride quality and suspension mobility. Carbon fiber belts are more robust than Kevlar belts and are significantly thinner. Because the engine is more efficient, more power reaches the rear wheels: low noise and low maintenance.
Chassis
The large steel box section supports the rigidity of the spinal cord, has excellent stability, and is lightweight at low speeds. The low profile reduces the seat’s height, making it easier to reach the ground.
Dual Air-Assisted Rear Shocks
Air jolts can be adjusted according to the load or the desire of the rider. To match the extra weight of the trunk and saddle bag, special spring rates were developed.
Kawasaki Advanced Coactive-braking Technology (K-ACT)(KP)
K-ACT is an acronym for “Knowledge (Kawasaki Advanced Coactive Braking Technology). ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) is an integrated stopping system that guarantees the best brake force distribution for safe and efficient braking. No matter how tightly the front and rear brakes are applied, the electronic system adjusts brake force distribution between the rear and front brakes to improve overall braking performance.
The K-ACT includes an anti-lock braking system (ABS) to help prevent wheels from locking up when applying hard, straight brakes for better handling. When its brakes are applied at speeds of less than 12 mph, the K-ACT is not activated to maximize control when taking a sharp turn or a U-turn. At speeds of less than 4 miles per hour, ABS is disconnected.
Full-Featured Audio System
When using the Garmin Zumo 600/665 GPS, the navigation audio prompt function allows voice prompt audio to be heard through speakers (or Kawasaki Genuine accessory helmet headsets). (GPS mount, adapter kit, and GPS are offered separately via Kawasaki Genuine Accessory).
Standard devices include an AM / FM tuner and 40-watt speakers located in the front-firing. On the left handlebar, easy-to-use audio controls are placed within easy reach of the thumb. Optional iPodTM, XMTM toner, and CB radio adapters can be easily integrated into standard audio systems.
Classic Styling
When engaged, LED taillights provide excellent visibility and chrome surrounds create a unique visual statement.
Tanks, seats, fenders, saddle bags, and other elements all date back to the 1960s.
It is improved with front brakes and clutch levers and master cylinders capable of adjusting the rider’s comfort and style.
36 months warranty
The factory guarantee for the Vulcan Vaquero model is 36 months.
Electric Speedometer
For a clean appearance, the electric design saves weight and eliminates the front-wheel-drive unit and wires. The faces of analog devices evoke memories of the hot cars of the 1960s. The odometer, trip meter, clock, fuel limit, and average mpg are digitally displayed. At a glance, the gear position indicator tells you which gear the transmission is in.
