Better Ride Control and Comfort

The new 2020 Street Twin features high-end details for dynamic handling, superb riding and pillion comfort and control, and a smoother ride.

With premium Brembo branding, the new Brembo 4-piston front brake caliper provides better stopping power and feels for more rider control.

The new cartridge front forks with 120mm travel provide a more comfortable ride.

The new Street Twin offers superior rider ergonomics with a more comfortable set-to-foot ride style enhancing the overall riding experience and its high-end equipment. In addition, an increase of 10 mm in the seat cushion improves the comfort of the rider and the pelican which can lead to long-distance riding.

As a result, the new Street Twin provides an even better ride with a dynamic and intuitive handling setup for a more confident and exciting ride experience.

First Technology of its kind

2020 Street Twin First sets a new standard for in-class technology that includes:

  • Different riding modes, road, and rain change the throttle map and traction control settings for the best riding experience in all conditions.
  • New TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) device options can increase ride comfort and rider confidence. When traction is compromised, the traction control which can be switched through the instrument panel, improves the delivery of Street Twin’s class-leading torque.
  • ABS improves riders’ confidence, safety, and control.

The new Assist Clutch gives it a light touch and feels, making it easier to ride and ride longer. The LED rear light integrates a minimal tail setup with a unique rear delicate pattern and excellent power economy.

For ultimate security, an immobilizer is installed as standard with a transponder integrated into the key.

A USB charging connection is attached to the back of the seat for easy charging of personal electronic devices.

Ride-by-Wire

To achieve faster and more accurate throttle response with better on/off throttle transitions different throttle maps are enabled which combined with traction control settings, have two riding modes.

Riding Modes

Road and Rain riding modes equipped with Ride by Wire technology can be selected with the new switchgear for optimal control and safety in different riding conditions both providing full power.
