The QuadMatic transmission and torque-rich, EFI-fed engine provide efficient engine braking. LED taillights, headlights on the fenders and handlebars, and an LCD instrument panel all over it. Various accessories enable you to configure your Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV for any job.
Engine Features
The new Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV features a potent 722cc DOHC single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine tuned to produce excellent peak power and strong low-to-mid-range torque. To help prolong engine life, the engine’s high-capacity oil pump supplies the piston oil jet system with a powerful cooling oil flow.
Engine and seat height is reduced because the cylinder and head are canted for a lower forward center of gravity. Dust and water are avoided by using high-mount air. The four-valve cylinder head contains straight ports and large 36mm intake valves for exceptional cylinder charging performance.

A smaller cylinder head is delivered by a camshaft drive system inspired by a sport bike’s chain and gear arrangement. Excellent heat transfer and ring sealing are achieved using a SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material) coating on the lightweight aluminum cylinder, providing exceptional combustion chamber performance.
Additionally, the engine has two balance shafts for a smooth-running engine. Superior throttle response and fuel efficiency are offered by advanced Suzuki fuel injection, which delivers power consistently throughout the rpm range. Moreover, it boosts the starting engine in all situations.
The new Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV quickly complies with US emissions regulations. In California, versions that meet strict emissions standards are eligible for registration with a green sticker. A large-diameter, thermostatically controlled cooling fan, and high-capacity aluminum radiator provide a stable engine operating temperature.
Transmission Features
With a gate-type shifter located on the fender for high/low range selection, the QuadMatic CVT-type automatic transmission provides simplicity and versatility. With the throttle off, its advanced engine-braking system reduces freewheeling and helps maintain car control during descents.
A well-chosen CVT spring and weight calibration match the overall engine’s performance to the chassis high towing capacity, enabling smooth and powerful acceleration from stops.
Controlled engine braking is made possible by the CVT setting, which enhances rider comfort and confidence when riding downhill. A small torque-sensing limited-slip front differential provides substantial traction and light steering. A differential-lock system offers four-wheel-drive solid traction.
Push-button controls on the handlebar make it extremely easy to choose between 2WD, 4WD, and differential-lock 4WD. When exiting the mud, the standard speed limiter can be overridden by pushing the override button on the left handlebar.
Chassis Features
The Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV’s chassis contains thick-walled tubes and reinforced brackets at strategic locations to improve ride comfort, make the quad bike easier to ride on any terrain, and increase towing capacity. The main steering characteristics are adjusted to an “understeer” position for less effort and tighter turns in confined spaces. It enables the use of handlebars that are longer and more comfortable.
High-clearance fenders on angular, aggressive bodywork protect the rider from flying debris. The body panels were designed to facilitate the maintenance tasks, like monitoring the oil level and servicing the fuel and air filters. With 6.7-inch of wheel travel, the independent double-arm front suspension features five-way spring preload adjustment and wide-diameter gas-charged shock absorbers.
With 7.7 inches of wheel travel, the fully independent A-arm/I-beam rear suspension features large-diameter, gas-charged shock absorbers with five-way spring preload adjustment. A wide-diameter rear stabilizer bar with responsive bushings helps control body motion, reducing rider jolts. For optimal braking performance, twin hydraulic front disc brakes utilize high-lever ratio, fluid lines, and high-friction brake pad material.
The sealed, multi-plate rear brake system’s foot-brake-lever ratio provides excellent rider control. The clutch-type construction of the rear brake results in low maintenance, outstanding durability, and reduced unsprung weight. 25-inch Carlisle tires with excellent traction are mounted on strong steel wheels with a matte black powder coating for durability. Suzuki’s T-shaped comfortable seat allows riders to move freely in challenging or fast terrain.
On rocks and uneven terrain, polyethylene skid plates protect with little resistance. Protective guards made of solid plastic cover the front and rear half-shafts.
Utility Features
A 35-watt handlebar-mounted lamp illuminates the direction in which you steer the Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV. The King Quad’s unique bodywork features dual 35-watt headlights with high and low settings.
Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV’s stunning, low-draw LED taillight saves energy while increasing low-light visibility. With the King Quad’s large towing capacity (up to 1322 pounds), choosing the cargo you want to haul is easy with a receiver-type trailer hatch installation.
Winch installation is simplified by wire conduit and winch-ready mounts. The multi-function instrument panel offers servicing reminders based on mileage or running time and has improved appearance and visibility.
The instrument panel has LCD readouts for fuel level, driving range, drive mode, twin trip meter, hour meter, fuel level, and clock. LED indicators for high, low, neutral, reverse, 2WD/4WD, differential off 4WD, and LED fuel injection and engine temperature warnings. An eighteen-amp maintenance-free battery is provided by a high-output, three-phase charging system with plenty of power for easy starting and equipment use. As standard, there is a sealed 12V accessory outlet.
The 17.5 L (4.6 gallon) gasoline tank is low in the center of gravity. It has a ratchet-style filler cap (which opens easily for refilling and prevents overtightening) and a vacuum-operated petcock.
The centrally located 4.0-liter storage compartment at the rear of the Suzuki 2023 KingQuad 750AXi Utility ATV offers excellent load capacity, which sits alongside the left side compartment of the already existing 4.0-liter. The front storage section, which holds 2.8 liters and is waterproof, has an easy-to-access screw. Front and rear reinforced steel-tube cargo racks have a wrinkle-resistant paint finish for durability.
Suzuki’s accessory carrier guards, which protect cargo from damage and improve the appearance of the quad, can be mounted on the cargo rack. These optional high-impact plastic shields are easy to remove, so Suzuki accessories or other gear can be mounted directly into the cargo rack. Protection is provided by an entire floor that includes raised footpegs.
