The KingQuad’s legacy lives on and is waiting for you to join in on the fun. With the unique characteristics of a KingQuad, each model is a breeze to ride on any surface.
Suzuki 2020 KingQuad 750AXi Power Steering SE Camo ATV – Features
Key Features
Blacked-out cast-aluminum wheels and electromechanical power steering are included with the True Timber XD3 Camouflage package Full-time independent suspension and a large towing capacity make this vehicle a breeze to drive on any terrain. QuadmaticTM gearbox with efficient brakes for an EFI-fed engine and high torque. The entire LCD instrument panel, LED tail light, and fenders-mounted headlights KingQuads may be outfitted for any assignment, thanks to various attachments.
Engine Features
Single-cylinder liquid-cooled, four-stroke DOHC engine with 722cc of torque and exceptional peak power is optimized to give solid low to mid-range torque and peak power. Even the high-capacity oil pump in the engine supplies the piston oil jet system with a steady stream of cooling oil, which helps the engine last longer. Moreover, Engine and seat height are decreased because the cylinders and heads are canted forward, resulting in a low center of gravity. Water and dirt debris are kept out of the intake system thanks to the high-mount design. To maximize the cylinder charging efficiency, the four-valve cylinder head has wide 36mm intake valves and straight ports. A tiny cylinder head is made possible by a chain-and-gear camshaft drive arrangement used in sports bikes.
The SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material) coating on a lightweight aluminum cylinder provides outstanding heat transmission and ring sealing, resulting in a very efficient combustion chamber. Due to its dual-balanced design, the engine is also hushed. In addition to providing excellent throttle response and fuel economy, Suzuki’s Advanced Fuel Injection also delivers consistent power across the whole rpm range. It also enhances the starting of the engine in any weather. KingQuad models that meet California’s strict evaporative emissions standards, for example, have no problem meeting US emissions regulations (eligible for green sticker registration). An aluminum radiator with a wide diameter thermostatically-controlled cooling fan maintains a constant engine operating temperature.
Transmission Features
High/low range selection is made easy by a fender-mounted gate-type shifter on the QuadmaticTM CVT automatic gearbox. When the throttle is off, the vehicle’s innovative engine braking system helps keep it in control on steep descents. From a mechanical standpoint, the CVT spring and weight calibration are critical for smooth and forceful acceleration from a standstill. Controlled engine braking improves rider confidence and comfort on downhills thanks to the CVT adjustment Front-wheel drive vehicles equipped with a torque-sensitive limited-slip differential benefit from excellent traction and light steering. 4WD traction is significantly improved with a differential-lock system. With a button on the handlebar, the driver may easily choose between 2WD, 4WD, and differential-lock 4WD modes. The speed limitation override button is on the left handlebar and may be used to get out of the mud.
Chassis Features
Its striking, angular bodywork incorporates high-clearance fenders that shield the rider from flying debris. Maintenance tasks such as checking the oil level and changing the fuel and air filters are more manageable thanks to the body panels’ design. Thicker wall tubes and stronger brackets in crucial places of the KingQuad frame boost rider comfort, making the ATV more straightforward to ride on any terrain and increasing towing capability. Low effort and tighter turning are achieved by tuning the essential steering characteristics to an “under-steer” situation. It makes it possible to employ handlebars that are taller and more comfortable. Electric power steering on the KingQuad is more potent than ever, reducing steering effort and minimizing vibration and jolts for the rider.
Large diameter, gas-charged shock absorbers with five-way spring preload adjustment are part of the independent double A-arm front suspension (6.7 inches of wheel travel). Large diameter, gas-charged shock absorbers with five-way spring preload adjustment are part of a fully independent, A-arm/I-beam rear suspension with 7.7 inches of wheel travel. Complimentary bushings on a large-diameter rear stabilizer bar assist the rider in maintaining body control while decreasing shock. High-friction braking pads, fluid lines, and a lever ratio all work together to deliver the best possible braking performance. The foot lever ratio of the sealed, multi-plate rear braking system gives excellent rider control.
Because of the clutch-type construction, the rear brakes are long-lasting, light, and easy to maintain. The T-shaped seat of Suzuki’s motorcycles allows the rider more movement in lively or rough terrain. Polyethylene skid plates provide low resistance to pebbles and other rugged terrains while providing protection. Half-shaft guards of rigid plastic keep the blades safe from damage up front and behind. New lightweight, cast-aluminum wheels with a blacked-out appearance are fitted with high-traction Carlisle tires.
Utility Features
Trail lighting is provided by a headlamp placed on your handlebars that puts out 35 watts of light. Among KingQuad’s distinguishing features are its dual 35-watt headlights, which have both high and low settings. With its low-draw and brilliant LED tail light, the ATV can be easily seen even in the dark. To make the most of the KingQuad’s extensive towing capability, a receiver-type trailer hitch attachment is included (up to 1322 pounds).
Wire conduits and mounts ready for a winch make the process of installing a winch much simpler. Service reminders based on time or mileage may be set up on the multi-function instrument panel, which has been redesigned for better aesthetics and visibility. The speedometer, odometer, trip meter, hour meter, clock, gasoline level and driving range are all shown on the instrument panel’s LCD screen. An LED indicator lights up when the vehicle is in high or low gear, when it is in neutral, when it is in reverse, when it is in 2WD/4WD, and when it is in differential-locked 4WD. There is enough power for simple starting and accessory usage thanks to the high output 3-phase charging system that feeds an 18-amp maintenance-free battery. In every home, there’s a built-in 12V auxiliary outlet.
The 4.6 gallons (17.5 liters) gasoline tank is positioned low in the vehicle to keep the center of gravity as low as possible. It has a vacuum-operated petcock and a filler cap with a ratcheting mechanism (which prevents over-tightening so it can be easily unscrewed for refilling). Rear load capacity is increased thanks to an additional 4.0-liter storage compartment, which is conveniently situated right next to the ATV’s existing 4.0-liter left-side storage compartment. A screw-on cover makes it simple to open the 2.8-liter front storage box. Wrinkle paint is applied to the steel-tube cargo racks for scratch and abrasion resistance. Protective flooring with built-in elevated footpegs is available. Some Suzuki Genuine Accessories include a snow plow with a fast release, windshields, front and rear bumpers, metal skid pans and rack extensions.
Special Features
It comes with a 12-month warranty. Suzuki Extended Protection offers extended coverage terms and additional advantages (SEP). Operators must be at least 16 years of age.
