KTM 125 XC 2021 Off-Road Bike – Features and Specs
Exhaust
The exhaust system for this bike is one of the most critical components in terms of power and performance. In addition, its distinctive shape allows for a more compact and more pleasant grip while being quiet enough for racing purposes.
Engine
To go along with its class-leading and powerful 125-cc engine, KTM’s 125 XC has an electronic starter. As far as power to weight, cost, and ease of use are concerned, two-strokes are KTM’s most promising future technology. The small and durable engine was developed using the latest KTM technological know-how to give power throughout the rpm range. The bike’s simplicity and performance make it more successful in races.
Airbox
The air filter box’s design, in combination with the intake snorkels, ensures optimal airflow while protecting the air filter from soiling. The Twin Air B.V air filter is attached to a sturdy cage to hold the device in place. Because of the simplicity of this design, even someone with a filthy face may replace their own. There are no bundled tools. Immediately.
Frame
This bike has a chrome-moly steel frame that is high-tech, light, and easy to manage. Additional benefits include low longitudinal stiffness and high longitudinal stiffness. Due to the improved absorption of the energy created by the front and rear suspensions, the vehicle is better able to absorb bumps and jumps. As a consequence of the enhanced comfort, less tiredness will be experienced by the riders. Using lateral, light engine head stays, slight vibration is made feasible (the connection between the cylinder head and the frame). The tank and other components have many areas, making them easy to maintain and repair. An aluminum subframe weighs less than two pounds, making the bike even lighter.
Seat
A redesigned contoured surface provides improved ergonomics and a better seat experience, and high foam cushioning in the XC line. Attaching the seat to the bike is as simple as tightening a single long, lateral screw.
Handlebar
All full-size KTM XC models come equipped with NEKEN high-strength aluminum tapered handlebars. The handlebar may be positioned in two different ways, thanks to rubber-dampened mountings. The right handlebar has an ODI vulcanized grip, while the left has a lock-on grip. This bike features two handlebars. As an additional convenience, the bar pad and the cover for it may be readily attached and removed.
