Engine

The engine based on the Ninja® 650 has been redesigned for power features for more riders, giving beginner riders more confidence. The Kawasaki 2020 Vulcan S ABS Cafe provides smooth speed and a pleasant moment while being faster than paused. Helpful in merging and passing high-speed highways. Intake ports, camshaft profiles and long intake funnels contribute to smooth speed and pleasant moment sensation.
Frame
Due to the small engine, a slim, minimal frame can be used, resulting in a narrow shape of the knees and legs. The rigidity of the structure was improved using 3D analysis, resulting in better handling features.
For strength and lightness, it is made of high tensile steel. Offset solo-shock rear suspension allows the battery to be kept together instead of under shock. This attractive design allows for low seat height and slim shape. The exhaust is kept as close to the engine as possible, giving a thin chassis and a clear path to the ground.
