Versys is one of those devices where the whole part is more than the sum of its parts. Its name, which is a combination of “vertex” (Latin for the pineal, peak, or top) and “system,” indicates its purpose is to provide a truly unique platform on the road. The bike offers pleasure in various ride settings. All it takes is one ride to prove that the Kawasaki 2020 Versys 650 ABS LT SE Sports Touring Bike stands by its all-road claim.
The Kawasaki 2020 Versys 650 ABS LT SE Sports Touring Bike is built on versatility, and it is designed for comfort, whether you’re roaming the city streets or conquering mile after mile of open highway.
The Versys 650 ABS and 650 LT adventure bikes are authentic machines designed for fun and comfort. Kawasaki 2020 Versys 650 ABS LT SE Sports Touring Bike – Features
Twin-cylinder engine with high fuel efficiency Strong low to medium range power, and long-travel suspension. Saddlebags and handguards are required for KQR. 3-way adjustment 2-year windscreen factory warranty
Saddlebags
Water-resistant, durable saddlebags protect goods in matching colors. The saddlebag is designed to fit the tail and is large enough to provide a full-face helmet. Saddlebags can be removed thanks to the direct mount mechanism quickly. When the basic framework is removed, the design of Versys remains unaffected. A simple critical lock method. Custom saddlebag locks are coded on the vehicle’s ignition key, allowing a single key to activate all motorcycle locks. The bike has thinner profiles. Each bag is closer to the centerline of the motorcycle. Long-distance comfort and capability are enhanced with handguards.
The compact parallel-twin engine helps keep the overall proportions of the motorbike modest and agile. The bike has 3-6,000 rpm. The engine is designed to deliver mighty, responsive power for stop-to-speed speeds. The powerful engine is tiny from front to rear due to the triangular crank and the transmission shaft configuration. A semi-dry sump (KP) oil system decreases the total height of the engine. The new slight pitch of the chrome composite plated aluminum cylinder helps to reduce the engine width. One-piece mufflers and exhaust pipes help enhance top and engine performance.
Chassis
The Kawasaki 2020 Versys 650 ABS LT SE Sports Touring Bike has a comfortable, rubber front engine mount that helps in decreasing overall vibration. The primary and rare double-pipe perimeter frame (KP) improves the nature of light handling. The new seat is supported by a backbone-style rear subframe, which provides a wide cushion and easy access to the ground. A solid rear subframe supports the optional aftermarket top case for better travel capability. The double pipe swing arm of the frame completes the design and facilitates light and easy handling. The new aggressive muffler design is made possible using the flower wing form on the right.
Triple Petal Design Brake Discs
The Anti-Lock Brake System helps apply the brakes in certain conditions and is managed by a tiny Bosch control unit, which saves space and weight. The new Nissan brake calipers have unique front and rear brake pads, the front has substantial starting cuts and the rear provides greater control and greater total brake force. When the accessories are mounted, the large rear wing brake disc helps handle the heavy load. The giant 27mm piston brakes in the front calipers offer an exceptional feel. The shape of the petals increases resistance to cold and warping.
Showa Front Fork
The Showa Fork divides the dumping and spring duty in each fork leg, and the Kawasaki Ninja is inspired by the high-spec fork seen on sports bikes. The right fork leg has rebound damping adjustable, while the left fork leg has spring pre-load adjustable.
Single-shock Rear Suspension
The back shock includes a remote hydraulic preload adjustment that allows the rider to adjust the preload for different load conditions without using the equipment.
The integrated line of frames running from the steering head to the rear hub is complete with an aluminum gull-wing swingarm and off the seat, laydown single rear shock.
