The new Ninja 125 engines have a displacement of 125 cm3 and produce the maximum permitted 11.0 kW (15 PS) for an A1 license compliant bike. The impression of power is concentrated in the speed range below 100 km/h, making it perfect for traveling about town and short trips to the countryside. The feel-good performance of the Ninja 125 125 cm3 engine is aided by smooth power delivery. The engine, like most Kawasaki engines, has a strong “punch” at high rpm and continues to pull right up to the RPM limiter. The 250cc basic engine’s dependability contributes to the comfort of the mind. The dynamic street performance is complemented with a smooth-shifting six-speed gearbox that provides gear for any scenario. With just a simple touch of a button, the new electric starter and fuel injection assure trouble-free starting.

Full-Size Chassis

A full-size chassis is used on the Ninja 125. The light, agile handling they give is excellent for beginning riders to get accustomed to riding a full-size motorbike, thanks to its small, compact trellis frame, sporty suspension, and lightweight 17″ wheels. Sporty clip-on handlebars immediately put the rider in a competitive mindset. Control is aided by ergonomically built clutch and brake levers. The holders for the footpegs are rubber-mounted to assist reduce undesired vibration.
