The engine is designed to deliver flexible performance with a broad powerband that builds a surge of high-RPM power. By minimizing weight and maximizing performance, the Revolution Max offers a narrow powertrain profile integrated into the motorcycle as a stressed frame member to enhance the center of gravity and handling. The new Harley-Davidson 2021 Bronx 1250 Street Fighter Motorcycle features an all-new Liquid-cooled, V-Twin 1250cc Revolution Max engine. In addition, the horsepower and torque range was announced.
The motorcycle is displayed publicly at EICMA in Milan; Harley-Davidson showcases two all-new middleweight bikes, including the release of information surrounding the state-of-the-art signature Harley-Davidson V-Twin engine – the Revolution Max.
The new powerful 60-degree V-Twin has been designed for a new range of Harley-Davidson motorcycles in two different guises, 1250cc in the new H-D Pan America and 975cc in H-D Bronx. The brand first announced expansion into new segments, including the new middleweight offering in its More Roads to Harley-Davidson accelerated plan for growth in July-2018. These models launched in late 2020 extending the iconic brand into the new market segment.

Revolution Max Engine – Technical Features
The Revolution Max Engine features liquid-cooled, V-twin architecture. Since 1909, the V-Twin architecture engine has been the centerpiece for legendary Harley-Davidson used in the middleweight performance space with the new Revolution Max engine. A 60-degree angle of the cylinder offers space for dual downdraft throttle bodies that maximize airflow and better performance. The liquid cooling maintains a controlled engine temperature for consistent performance in changing environments and riding situations.
Braking and Tire
To optimize the performance of the new Harley-Davidson 2021 Bronx 1250 Street Fighter Motorcycle, the brand tapped into the expertise of world-class component makers to deliver bespoke solutions for better braking and tire performance.
For better braking, the Harley-Davidson collaborated with Brembo to develop a new radial monoblock four-piston caliper that integrates sharp edges with softer curves designed to create a style that complements the motorcycle’s personality gives a more excellent braking feel and capability.
For tires, Michelin and Harley-Davidson have worked closely to create co-branded tires for each bike model that optimize performance, feel and grip in all conditions.
