Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Powerful Exactly Naked
Unparalleled, modern, and full of technology, Naked Motorcycle embodies the aggressive, exaggerated spirit of fearless people facing new challenges.
Black Fight Formula
The new dark stealth paint option makes the bike look even more enjoyable.
Dark stealth is an ideal color scheme to show off the “badass” side of the Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle and attract attention while riding it because it is electric, fashionable, and aggressive.
The Inspiration: Joker
The Joker inspired Borgo’s new naked Panigale comic book character. The Ducati Design Centre’s minimalist full-LED headlights are reminiscent of the front end of the Panigale V4 and fully capture the essence of Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle as the Joker faints.
The V-shaped DRL, a feature of the Panigale V4 and SuperSport, is an aesthetic display of the Ducati.
The rear deflector ensures that air does not flow directly toward the fuel tank, and the small front light unit is housed in a carefully constructed double-layer firing with airboxes and LED lights. Air inlets are also included for cooling.
Aerodynamics
High-speed, agile mixed-road performance requires maximum speed and stability when applying brakes, reducing wheel-up during acceleration, and minimal electronic suspension control. For these reasons, Ducati Corse experts and the Ducati Style Center have developed biplane wings for Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle.
Using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling, aerodynamics was created. To increase the downward force, especially on the front wheel, the calculation method included stationary modeling of flow and pressure.
The aerodynamics team chose to use a “biplane” structure with a limited “wing spread” and decided to run the upper and lower wings separately to minimize background spread as much as possible.
Engine
With the advent of the 2021 Streetfighter V4, most power and torque numbers are maintained. The Streetfighter V4 produces 122.5 kgm (123 Nm) of torque at 9,500 rpm and 208 HP (153 kW) power at 13,000 rpm. These results, as a result of a new calibration and a new exhaust, increase the enjoyment of the bike on the roads with all the curves.
To increase their ability to convert harmful gases, silencers still use advanced catalysts (+10 mm in length) and new technology to insert noble metals. The diameter of the previous bank mini-folds was reduced from 42 mm to 38 mm and reduced to 100 mm.
MotoGP-derived engine
The cylindrical heads, the beating heart of the MotoGP V4 engine, act as a movement for the Desmosedici Stradale.
The engine configuration of the Desmosedici Stradale, 90 ° V4 Banked 42 ° rear, is based on the size and geometry of the Desmosedici GP bike. From this point of view, the engine can be made incredibly small, which makes the public center and improves motorcycle integration.
V Engine
For the Ducati, the Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle management of the motorcycle engine at a 90 angle is the height of sport. It is no accident that MotoGP Desmosedici engines use the same solution. Without a balance shaft, the 90 ° V layout of the cylinders achieves a natural balance of first-order forces. It eliminates vibration, resulting in increased weight and force absorption.
In addition to this important advantage, which is very important for the reliance and mechanical efficiency of the engine rotating at rates above 14,000 rpm, other advantages make the selected design of Ducati the most technologically advanced. ۔
Chassis and Ergonomics
The riding posture of the Panigale V4 has been changed to suit the requirements of a nude model, which is 845 mm above the ground. In keeping with street fighter culture, the semi-handle bar has been replaced with a taller, more expansive bar. It, with a foam thickness of 60 mm and set with a moderate footpeg position, ensures sport-style comfort during inner-city rides and the necessary controls to navigate country roads or race tracks.
A steel subframe perfectly supports the tail. It has been redesigned to improve passenger comfort and provide extended ride space while retaining many of the Panigale’s distinctive elements.
Sophisticated Suspension
The Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle is equipped with 43 mm Showa Big Piston Forks (BPF), which allows full load, compression, and rebound damping adjustments before spring.
Chrome sliders with Brembo radial caliper mounting are housed in fork bodies. Sachs’ steering damper completes the front. The Desmosedici Stradale engine is connected to the rear by a forged aluminum bracket on one side of the Sachs Shock Observer.
In contrast, the Streetfighter V4 S has a hlins NIX-30 fork, a hlins TTX36 rear shock absorber, and a hlins event-oriented steering damper.
Wheels and Tires
The V4 S has 3-spoke Marchesini forged aluminum alloy wheels, while the Ducati 2022 Streetfighter V4 Sports Motorcycle has cast aluminum 5-spoke wheels.
The tires of the Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II are mounted on the tires. They are available in 120/70 ZR17 (front) and 200/60 ZR 17 (rear) sizes, currently widely used for string tires at the FIM Superbike World Championships. They combine track performance with efficiency on the road.
Pirelli built the rear tire compound specifically for the Streetfighter V4. It guarantees dynamic behavior like the Panigale V4‘s Supercorsa SP racing replica tires, but it performs better at lower temperatures to provide the ability to adapt to a bare.
Sport Riding Mode
With the Ride by Wire throttle response set to a natural sport setting and a sport suspension setup on the S variant, the rider gets 208 horsepower when they choose Sport. Riders receive excellent dry-road riding responsiveness via electronic controls. The ABS Cornering function is tuned to maximize cornering performance and rear wheel lift detection when braking is activated.
