Dream Neo Launched in India, an 110cc Gift from Honda for India

Today Honda Motorcycles and Scooters, India launched a very cheap 110cc motorcycle for middle class Indian people. Very fuel efficient, it covers 74km distance in just one liter petrol. Its launching price is 43.15k (its cost is near about forty four thousand Indian rupees)
This is the first fuel efficient and affordable motorcycle for India. Honda launched Dream Neo motorcycle in competition with “Splendor” a flagship model of Hero Moto Corporation. Hero Splendor is the most selling motorcycle brand in India. It seems that Honda wants to take over this bike.

Honda offering its Dream Neo 2013 in three different models

  1. Kick Start, Drum Brake and Spoke: 43,150 rupees ($795)
  2. Kick Start, Drum Brake and Alloy: 44,150 rupees ($815)
  3. Self Start, Drum Brake and Alloy: 47,240 rupees ($870)

At the launching of this new motorcycle, Honda spokesperson said that Dream Neo is “most affordable” and “most fuel-efficient” two wheeler launched in India by Honda. It is powered by 110cc air cooled 4-stroke SI Honda Engine, which is capable of generates 8.25 bhp and 8.63 Nm torque. Its engine is designed to deliver more mileage in less fuel.
