The 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle was completely overhauled in 2022 and has race-winning potential in a very competitive class. Its strong low-end torque makes riders feel faster wherever on the track.
The diameter and stroke dimensions of the 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle’s single-cylinder, two-stroke engine are 52.5 x 51.6 mm. The engine’s and power system’s low-end solid torque translates into holeshot performance straight out of the gate and more drive as you exit turns. The stable low rpm torque of the KX112 is due to its intake and exhaust port timing, durable piston profile, and contact surface for the piston ring, which assists in early bedding-in performance. The robust engine and sharp response across the rpm range result from perfectly tuned carburetor settings. A 6-speed gearbox designed to withstand engine output complements the solid 112cc engine.
Riders may push hard on the track because a sturdy perimeter frame built of high-tensile steel provides strength and torsional rigidity. The frame’s 36mm inverted front forks give excellent damping and bottoming resistance, allowing the 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle to be ridden vigorously without losing comfort. Riders may fine-tune their experience using compression damping, which features 20 adjustment settings. Uni-Trak® rear suspension allows riders to modify their settings based on their size and skill level, with preload, 24-way compression, and 21-way rebound damping adjustment available on the back.
The 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle’s substantial 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels provide a decent transition between minibikes and full-sized racing bikes, allowing for more extensive, youthful riders and simplifying navigating over usual motocross ruts and bumps. The wheels’ Dunlop MX33 tires give outstanding handling and grip. The bodywork of the KX112 is similar to those of its bigger KX brothers, resulting in a sleek, ergonomic design that enhances factory looks while enabling rider actions.
The 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle is ready for the Supermini class, with a class-maximum 112cc engine calibrated to provide high torque for a forceful drive out of the gate and bends and model-specific shrouds tailored to accommodate the class’s generally taller racers. The Kawasaki KX112, like every other Kawasaki KX motocross machine, is ready to deliver its rider to the top of the podium.
The 2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle might fill the gap larger bikes create. We’re going above and above with this supermini’s 112cc two-stroke engine. Equip your future rider with a winning combination of lightweight handling, balanced power, and a well-designed chassis.
2023 Kawasaki KX112 Dirt Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Engine
The strong 2-stroke engine on this motorbike is intended to give optimum power and longevity. The exhaust port window design improves top and mid-range power, and the machine-finished bridges connecting the intake and exhaust ports are seizure-resistant. Carburetor settings are appropriate for the engine, and carbon fiber reeds increase throttle response better than 2022 Kawasaki KX112.
The long-stroke engine generates a lot of low-end torque, while the single-ring piston reduces friction. The cylinder is Nikasil-coated to increase lifespan, and the crankshaft features resin blocks to increase compression pressure. The Kawasaki Integrated Power Valve System (KIPS) improves engine economy further, while a 6-speed gearbox ensures reliability and seamless shifting.
The perimeter frame is composed of high-tensile steel, which provides strength and torsional rigidity for hard-track riding. Changeable ergonomics, such as a flat seat, a six-way adjustable handlebar, and an excellent radiator shroud design, enable rider comfort and customization. The gas tank is strategically placed to decrease the center of gravity and improve handling.
Petal discs are built into the frame to reduce unsprung weight and increase braking performance. The 36mm inverted cartridge fork and Uni-Trak rear suspension give progressive rides, suit larger riders, and prevent bottom resistance. The black Aluminum-coated aluminum rims round out a set of high-performance riding components by enhancing durability and lowering unsprung weight.
