The Honda CBR1000RR follows in the footsteps of iconic sports motorcycles that have won many races and are regarded as the best in their class. Honda’s “Total Control” design philosophy allows for a phenomenally linked sensation on the pavement, resulting in accurate handling, adrenaline-inducing acceleration, and remarkable braking capabilities. The CBR1000RR, available with standard brakes, is a practical alternative to the CBR1000RR-R Fire blade SP, which is optimized for racing.
The Honda CBR1000RR is known as a “Superbike” globally because it provides riders with unparalleled raw power, responsive handling, and instant acceleration. To make a motorbike seem thrilling in a computer game is easy; the CBR1000RR excels where it matters most: in the canyons and on the track. The inline-four flat-crank engine is the centerpiece, producing raw, analog power unlike anything other. Wrap it all up in aerodynamic bodywork that performs as well as it looks with a superior suspension up front and out back, and you have a winning combination. There are two variants available, with or without anti-lock brakes. The 2023 CBR1000RR bikes are the unapologetic champions of the two-wheeled world.
Honda 2023 CBR1000RR Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
HI-Performance Four-Cylinder Engine
The CBR1000RR’s high-compression pistons allow it to rev higher than any other motorcycle. As a bonus, it has ten more horses than our previous CBR1000RR model.
Handling Lightweight Sub-Frame
The CBR1000RR’s sub-frame has refined mass centralization efforts further while being almost a whole pound lighter than our previous generation. Light is usually preferable, and this CBR1000RR is the weakest of its kind.
Engineering TFT Display
TFT offers a lighter and more legible instrument display than older LCD technologies.
Design Full LED Lighting Package
The CBR1000RRs use lightweight, efficient, and cool LEDs for all lighting needs.

Dual-Stage Fuel Injection
Two injectors per cylinder, rapid high-rpm responsiveness, outstanding low-rpm metering, and clean running are benefits of the CBR1000RR’s dual-injector system. The engine is much easier to control once the EFI settings are tweaked, with a more gradual throttle response, especially at lower throttle openings.
Throttle By Wire
The Honda Selectable Torque Control system complements the CBR1000RR’s throttle-by-wire technology. There are five modes for delivering engine power: two, three preset, and two programmable by the driver.
Honda Electronic Steering Damper
Steering dampers typically measure the rate of deflection in the handlebars. Honda’s electronic steering damper (HESD) has much more advanced features. It also monitors vehicle velocity and makes damping adjustments accordingly. It aids in retaining maneuverability at low speeds while delivering excellent, predictable handling at higher speeds.
Honda Selectable Torque Control
Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) gives you a helping hand without taking the wheel. It happens: Reduced rear-wheel slide is achieved by automated engine power and traction adjustments. The new wheelie control has three selectable levels in addition to the already available five power curves, ten torque-control levels, and three engine-braking levels, making it simpler than ever to fine-tune your bike on the track.

Slimmer Ergonomics
The CBR1000RR’s tank and seat junction are more than 24mm thinner than their predecessors, and the same can be said of the top cowl. Because of the compact tank, the bike is more aerodynamic, and the rider can better duck out of the wind.
Engineering TFT Display
TFT offers a lighter and more legible instrument display than older LCD technologies.
Assisted Slipper Clutch
The handling of certain superbikes may be compromised by the high amount of back torque they transmit via the driveline, not the CBR1000RR series. The assisted slipper clutch is a Honda innovation, much like the ones on our MotoGP motorcycles. A complete power gearbox is guaranteed with seamless shifting, and a mild grip pull thanks to the design’s elimination of the necessity for hefty clutch springs.
Efficient Radiator Design
It features a high-density core of about one inch less width than the previous model CBR1000RR. The radiator may be tucked in closer, but it still works well.
