2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro – Features and Specs
Iconic style
Combination of the new Dark Stealth paint with the rear tubular steel and aluminum frames’ black finish. The 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro’s most distinctive feature is its rear, which is distinguished by its right-side dual exhaust and low number plate holder, which contribute greatly to the bike’s compactness.
Full of technology
The electronic management system Ride-by-Wire and the inertial platform on the 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro provide a high degree of active safety and performance, and the bike is always usable by anybody, no matter their skill level or the terrain they’re traversing, thanks to the three available Riding Modes. The Scrambler 1100 Dark PRO has Ducati Traction Control (DTC).
Engine
The engine of the brand new 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro is an air-and-oil-cooled, two-valve L-twin that has been certified to EURO 5 standards and displaces 1079 cm3. It boasts a 98 mm bore and 71.5 mm stroke, contributing to its smooth acceleration over the rev range and easy handling.
Lightweight crankcases, machined aluminum clutch and alternator covers are used in the Desmodue engine in the 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro. The two belt covers are made of aluminum and machined to enhance their aesthetic value.
Riding comfort
Includes a pair of top beams and a trellis made of tubular steel. Like the 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro, it features an aluminum rear frame and centers around the engine. It guarantees smooth handling in congested areas and on hilly roads with tight bends. Because of its wide handlebar, the Scrambler can easily navigate around city obstacles, and its long wheelbase of 1,514 millimeters ensures maximum stability, even at high speeds.
Brembo braking system
The 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro has a Brembo braking system with ABS Cornering so that you can take any corner with confidence. Two radially connected Brembo M 4.32B Monobloc four-piston calipers clamp a double disc measuring 320 millimeters in diameter at the front of the vehicle. On the rear 245 mm disc is a single-piston caliper measuring 34 mm. The ABS has a fixed level of involvement and cannot be turned off.
Innovative lighting
The Daytime Running Light (DRL) that encircles the 2023 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro and is powered by an LED source also functions as a position light, making it easily visible in broad daylight.
Inspired by the tape used to wrap the headlights in the 1970s to preserve the unique light cluster, a black metal “X” was formed within the headlight. The rear optical collection uses a full LED type with a diffusing effect, a technique unique to the world of two wheels.
