The display has a toughened and, consequently, exceptionally robust glass cover for defense against the elements. It is anti-reflective for clear vision and fingerprint-resistant to prevent streaks. The screen has a full high-definition resolution of 1920 pixels by 720 pixels.
The display’s full potential is shown in the “full screen” mode. Using the alternate “split screen” approach, you may see and operate many functional areas simultaneously with a single set of controls. The primary “Pure Ride Screen” features a speedometer, tachometer, basic rules, and menus. When navigation is enabled in BMW Motorrad Connected, the map will instead be displayed.
