2022 Kawasaki KX450X Powerful Dirt Motorcycle – Features and Specs

Key Features

The low-friction electric start provides an easy start and quick restart during competition. Cond disc-spring hydraulic clutch offers a constant sense of light throughout the moto perimeter frame, which contributes to light, gentle handling.

The coil spring fork with a larger diameter simplifies off-road-ready suspension with a powerful 449cc engine. The KXTM450 features a powerful engine mounted on a thin chassis for high-speed laptop times and a podium finish for its riders. The KX450 is a severe contender to the dominance of the Premier Class, including the 49mm Shaw coil spring forks with an electronic start, easy pull hydraulic clutch, and A-KIT technology.

The engine, chassis, frame, and aesthetics of the 2022 Kawasaki KX450X and Kawasaki 2022 KX250X are all influenced by the same elements of their motor cross. Unique cross-country tuning and settings, such as soft suspension settings, lower gearing, off-road 21 inches / 18inches wheel combination, Dunlop Geomax AT81 tires, braking parts, skid plate, and kickstand, combine with this successful foundation.

KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode)

The KLCM automatically controls the engine’s output to stop the wheel from spinning and assists riders by improving stop-to-acceleration. When the clutch lever is pushed in and the system is turned on, the engine speed is limited to a specific rate while the rider retains full power. The engine speed is allowed to increase once the rider releases the clutch lever to attach the clutch, but the power is adjusted to prevent the wheel from spinning and to keep the front wheel on the ground. When the rider goes into third gear or reaches a certain speed, the device disconnects automatically. Riders can choose from various settings depending on the model, each with a gradually advanced interference.

ERGO-FIT

For rider comfort and control, proper fit is essential. However, depending on the rider’s physical proportions and riding style, the perfect fit varies from rider to rider.

The ERGO-FIT® is a riding positioning interface device that allows cyclists to discover their best riding beam. A mix of interchangeable components and parts with adjustable locations can be used to adapt to different points of the chassis interface (e.g., handlebars, footpegs, and seats).
