You wouldn’t wear too-small shoes to play basketball or run a marathon. Why, therefore, would you want to ride a bike that is too small for you? Because some riders, including those who are somewhat taller, feel the 125 to be a perfect size, we offer the 2022 Honda CRF125FB Big Wheel Off-Road Bike. The objective is to provide each rider with a bike well-suited to their experience and stature.
We start by extending the swing arm and increasing the wheel diameter on our CRF125F. It adds two inches to the seat’s height, making it more suitable for those with greater size. The fuel injection system found in the tried-and-true Honda single-cylinder engine allows for more power and better performance in low-temperature and high-altitude environments. A four-speed transmission, long suspension travel, and a sturdy twin-spar steel frame contribute to a pleasant ride. This year, in addition to the usual goodies, we’re throwing in an electric starter and some strikingly contemporary artwork. All people, no matter how big or little, should be allowed to enjoy life. The Honda CRF125F Big Wheel is the perfect size for leisurely riding.
Honda’s CRF125F, a popular choice for those seeking a midsize trail bike, is offered in standard and Big Wheel configurations. The second option is better for taller riders since it features larger wheels, extended suspension travel, and a higher seat. The Keihin electronic fuel injection that allows for year-round 50-state off-road legality and the low-maintenance design of both models make learning to ride a joy. Both the CRF125F and the CRF125F Big Wheel are carbon copies of the CRF Performance series and provide plenty of leisurely trail riding enjoyment for many years to come.
2022 Honda CRF125FB Big Wheel Off-Road Bike – Features and Specs
Reliable Engine
The 2022 Honda CRF125FB Big Wheel Off-Road Bike’s dependable four-stroke single-cylinder engine provides powerful performance throughout a broad power band, making it suitable for a wide range of riders from beginners to experts. After getting fuel injection, it improves significantly and works much better.
Proven Manual Clutch
Honda’s high-quality, heavy-duty clutch is durable and makes gear changes simpler.
Four-Speed Transmission
The four-speed gearbox is much like the one on a real motorcycle, so your child will feel completely in charge.
Steel Frame and Swingarm
Beginner riders are tough on bikes since they don’t know any better. So, we made sure the CRF125F Big Wheel’s steel frame and swing arm could take the abuse of off-road riding.
Clean-Running Engine
Adding fuel injection to the CRF125F Big Wheel has additional benefits. Thankfully, it now fulfills California’s stringent emissions standards for off-road motorcycles, as set out by the carb.
Front Disc Brake
The front disc brake has superior stopping power since the disc rotor is lighter and works better in rainy weather.
Fuel Injection
Thanks to fuel injection, the CRF125F Big Wheel is easy to start, even when it’s chilly outside. When compared to a bike with a carburetor, it helps reduce emissions while also increasing both performance and fuel efficiency. You may also say goodbye to unblocked pilot jets when you store this motorcycle.
Tough Bodywork
Riders may be rough on gear, and injuries are common in the learning process. The CRF125F Big Wheel, however, is up to the challenge, thanks to its robust plastic fenders, tank, and other bodywork designed to endure the inevitable dings that occur in normal usage. More than that, we’ve improved the aesthetics for this year’s show!
Electric Starter
The convenience of push-button starting is matched by its efficient design only adds a small amount of weight, making it a viable option in a wide range of applications.
Keyed Ignition Switch
A keyless ignition switch provides an extra layer of safety, making it essential for families with small children to limit who may use the car at what times.
Sealed Battery
The maintenance-free sealed battery in your CRF125F Big Wheel will have it revving and ready to go whenever you are.
Engine / Drivetrain
The 124.9cc SOHC motor is back, and its power output is consistent and linear. Electronic fuel injection system from Keihin. Throughout the power band, FI generates smooth, controlled power with no jerks or spikes. The four-speed transmission is a superb fit for the power’s broad distribution. With the electronic starter and the kick-start as a backup, it’s a breeze to get the engine going.
Chassis / Suspension
Both the standard CRF125F and the Big Wheel version have seats that are 29.1 inches high. The CRF125F’s wheels are 17 inches in diameter up front and 14 inches at the back. The CRF125F Big Wheel has 19- and 16-inch wheels, respectively.
The perfect balance of strength and flexibility for trail-bike pleasure can be found in a twin-spar steel frame that takes design cues from the CRF Performance Line’s frame architecture. When 2 gallons remain in your gas tank, an indicator light will come on in the handlebars. The tank’s structure is built to withstand impact, preventing damage in the event of a fall.
The CRF Performance Line looks excellent with modern bodywork and graphics. The ignition “key on” indicator, fuel injection system details, and fuel level are all accessible through a single switch on the handlebars.
The compact diameter of a half-waffle grip makes it an ideal choice for children’s hands. The size of the hand opening for the front brake lever is variable. The front 31 mm fork provides comfortable suspension.
Pro-Link® technology and a single high-tech shock are used in the vehicle’s rear suspension, guaranteeing dependable performance. The 220 mm rotor in the front hydraulic brake and the 95 mm drum in the back provide silent stopping power. Complies with EPA and CARB standards for emissions when used in non-road applications. (Used green stickers that are legal in California.)
