Engine
The powerful 722cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine is optimized to provide superior peak power and strong low- to mid-range torque. The piston oil jet system receives a strong flow of cooling oil from the engine’s high-capacity oil pump, which helps to boost engine longevity. For a low center of gravity, the cylinder and head are canted forward, which lowers the seat height and lowers the engine height. Water and dirt are avoided through the high-mount air intake.
The four-valve cylinder head features straight ports and wide 36mm intake valves for excellent cylinder charging efficiency. A small cylinder head is produced via a chain-and-gear camshaft drive arrangement inspired by sportbikes. Utilizing SCEM coating, a lightweight aluminum cylinder, including outstanding heat transmission and ring sealing, achieves exceptional combustion chamber efficiency. Dual balancer shafts are also used in the engine for smooth functioning.
Advanced Suzuki Fuel Injection delivers power steadily across the whole rpm range while offering excellent throttle response and fuel economy. Additionally, it enhances engine starting in all circumstances. The King Quad readily complies with US emissions regulations, even for vehicles sold in California that adhere to that state’s strict evaporative emissions requirement (eligible for green sticker registration). Stable engine operating temperature is offered by a high-capacity aluminum radiator with a big diameter, thermostatically regulated cooling fan.
Transmission Features
Thanks to a fender-mounted gate-type shifter for high/low range options, the QuadMatic CVT-type automatic gearbox offers flexibility and simplicity. Its advanced engine-braking technology reduces free-wheeling when the throttle is down and aids in maintaining control of the car on steep descents. Using carefully chosen CVT spring and weight calibration, the engine’s performance matches the chassis’ high towing capacity, allowing for smooth and powerful acceleration from a standstill.
The CVT tune offers regulated engine braking to increase rider comfort and confidence when riding downhill. Compact limited-slip front differentials including torque sensors, give robust traction and light steering. An all-new effective 4WD traction solution is a differential lock. All-new push-button controls positioned on the handlebar make easy switching between 2WD, 4WD, and differential-lock 4WD simple. When eliminating dirt, an override button on the left handlebar may be used to bypass the standard speed limits.
Chassis Features
The aggressive, angular bodywork has high-clearance fenders that protect the rider from flying debris. It is coated with a distinctive matte finish. The body panels were created to make maintenance tasks more accessible, such as proving the oil level and altering the fuel and air filters. The Suzuki King Quad’s chassis features thick-wall tubes and strengthened brackets in strategic locations to improve rider comfort, making the quad bike more straightforward to maneuver on any terrain and boosting towing capability. For the minimum effort and tighter turning in confined spaces, the essential steering characteristics are set to an “under-steer” state. It enables the easy use of handlebars that are taller and more comfortable. The KingQuad’s cutting-edge electric power steering technology is more competent than previous models, i.e., the 2020 Suzuki KingQuad 750AXi Power Steering SE Plus, resulting in noticeably less steering effort while simultaneously decreasing vibration and jolts to the rider.
With 6.7 inches of wheel travel, the new independent double A-arm front suspension features large-diameter gas-charged shock absorbers with five-way spring preload adjustment. Thanks to the 7.7 inches of wheel travel and a big diameter, gas-charged shock absorber with five-way spring preload adjustment, the rear suspension are fully independent and A-arm/I-beam. Rear stabilizer bars, including wide diameters and compliant bushings, assist in regulating body movement while absorbing shock for the ATV rider. For an ultra braking performance, the twin hydraulic front disc brakes combine with high-friction brake pad material, new fluid lines, and a lever ratio. An all-new foot brake lever ratio of the sealed, all-new multi-plate rear brake system offers the rider excellent control.
The clutch-type construction of the rear brake results in exceptional durability, less unsprung weight, and little maintenance. Suzuki’s comfortable T-shaped seat provides the rider with movement while tackling challenging terrain or enthusiastic riding. Over rocks and uneven surfaces, polyethylene skid plates protect having little resistance. Sturdy plastic shields protect the back and front half shafts. High traction 25-inch Carlisle tires are placed on lightweight cast-aluminum wheels with black powder coating and machined spoke and rim edges on the bronze 2021 KingQuad 750AXi Power Steering SE Plus Utility ATV variant. High traction 25-inch Carlisle tires are placed on brand-new lightweight cast-aluminum wheels with a unique blacked-out finish on the gray King Quad 750AXi Power Steering SE+ variant.
Utility Features
The 35-watt handlebar-attached lamp illuminates the route in the direction you are guiding the ATV. The King Quad’s unique design has dual 35-watt headlights, including high and low settings. The quad bike is more visible in low-light situations while using less electricity because of its powerful and low-draw LED tail light. With the Suzuki King Quad 750AXi Power Steering SE Plus’s extensive towing capability, a receiver-style trailer hitch installation makes it simple to choose the sort of equipment you wish to haul (up to 1322 pounds). Winch installation is made easy by wire conduit and mounts that are winch-ready.
The multi-function instrument panel now has a better visual appeal and offers servicing reminders depending on mileage or operating time. The instrumentation comprises LCD readouts for the fuel level, driving range, clock, dual trip meter, hour meter, and drive mode. For high, low, neutral, reverse, 2WD/4WD, and differential-locked 4WD, there are LED indications. There are also LED warnings for engine temperature and fuel injection. An 18-amp maintenance-free battery receives electricity from a high-output, three-phase charging system, providing enough power for simple starting and accessory usage. The giant fuel tank, with 4.6 gallons of fuel capacity, is positioned to have a low center of gravity. It features a filler cap with a ratchet design and a vacuum-operated one.
The Quad Bike has a substantial storage capacity thanks to the inclusion of a vast 4-liter storage box in the center of the rear section, next to the existing 4-liter left-side container. 2.8 liters of water-resistant front storage space, including a screw-on cover that is simple to open. The robust and steel-tube front and rear luggage racks feature a wrinkle paint finish for stability and scratch resistance. New, high-impact carrier layers for the cargo racks guard goods against abrasion while increasing the ATV’s look. It is straightforward to remove the covers so that Suzuki accessories or other equipment may be mounted straight to the cargo racks. Complete flooring including built-in elevated foot pegs, provides safety.
