Key Features

The powerful, fuel-injected 4-stroke engine consumes less petrol—a long-lasting manual gearbox with a semi-automatic clutch. A handlebar-mounted lever allows you to choose 2WD or 4WD. A large gasoline tank and a comfy seat provide a long and pleasant riding range. Rugged bodywork and plenty of rack space to handle any job

Engine Features

The 376cc, four-stroke, four-valve engine of the KingQuad 400FSi delivers economic power and driveability. Suzuki’s industry-leading fuel injection smooths power output, particularly in the mid-to-high range, and provides excellent cold starting. The technology optimizes ignition using 3-D maps, resulting in responsive yet environmentally friendly performance. To dissipate engine heat during heavy labor or load carrying, the Suzuki Advanced Cooling System (SACS) employs an oil cooler and a thermostat-controlled cooling fan.

When the rear brake is engaged, push-button electric starting allows you to start without shifting to neutral. Slip control logic is included in the Engine Control Unit (ECU), which changes fuel injector duration and timing to increase drivability and grip in loose/slippery circumstances. Iridium spark plugs are efficient, resulting in more excellent combustion, lower emissions, and longer plug life. Starting the engine at low temperatures is also enhanced. The Quad Bike’s pulsed-secondary AIR-injection (PAIR) system and catalyst-equipped exhaust system assist in meeting pollution regulations while retaining excellent performance.

Transmission Features

The five-speed gearbox with semi-automatic clutch and reverse enables the rider to choose the best gear for optimal traction and economy. With the flick of a handlebar-attached lever, you may select 2WD or 4WD. The shaft drive system is dependable and long-lasting, and it requires little maintenance. In 4WD mode, an all-new torque-sensing limited-slip front differential delivers maximum traction and light steering.High/low adjustable sub-transmission allows for a broad range of adaptability. The automotive gate-type gearshift lever will enable you to quickly choose a high or low range, neutral or reverse. The ECU contains a Reverse Mode that monitors vehicle speed, so increased engine rpm may be employed in reverse mode to get out of mud or loose dirt.

Chassis Features

The stylish bodywork of the KingQuad 400FSi variant boasts steeply slanted, high-clearance fenders. Suzuki’s distinctive T-shaped seat provides rider movement while tackling challenging terrain or during sport riding. It’s also soft for long-distance riding comfort. Because the whole length is less than 82 inches (208 cm), the KingQuad fits easily into a 6.5-foot truck bed. With 6.7-inch (170.1mm) wheel travel, the independent front A-arm suspension provides smooth performance and impressive ground clearance.

The rear suspension has a swing-arm design with 6.7 inches (170.1 mm) of wheel travel and dual shock absorbers for nimble handling and smooth riding. Dual front hydraulic disc brakes include massive 34mm pistons and a huge brake-pad surface area for greater stopping power and longevity. Carlisle tires with aggressive tread provide constant traction in rainy weather while remaining quiet and smooth on hard-packed terrain. The tires are placed on rugged steel wheels powder-coated with a durable matte black finish. Plastic skid plates are lightweight and durable enough to resist trail hammering while remaining slick sufficient to allow objects to slide underneath.

Utility / Convenience Features

The unusual KingQuad grille design has dual 35-watt headlights (with high and low settings). A bright tail light aids the visibility of the ATV in low-light environments. Heavy-duty front and rear luggage racks enable you to use the ATV’s exceptional load capacity. The shelves and front bumper have a scratch-resistant wrinkle paint finish. The LCD instrumentation features a speedometer, odometer, trip meter, hour meter, clock, gasoline gauge, reverse, neutral, oil, and FI indications. On the new front fender is an automotive-style DC power outlet. Winch-ready mounts and wire conduit simplify winch installation. The large 4.2-gallon (16.0 L) gasoline tank gives excellent riding range. Protection is offered by complete flooring with incorporated elevated footpegs. Winches, windshields, front and rear bumpers, snowplows, aluminum skid pans, rack extensions, utility boxes, and other Suzuki Genuine Accessories are available.
