With complete confidence, insert the twist and leave the hair pan. The Ninja ZX-10R ABS 2020 Kawasaki Sports Motorcycle has always aimed at the best performance of the circuit by providing the rider with more power and control. The new Ninja ZX-10R is the closest thing that Kawasaki has yet to give to a very sophisticated factory superbike, designed to make many riders enjoy riding a superbike in the range.
The Ninja ZX-10R, Kawasaki Racing Team, is closer than ever to the World Superbike Race Machine, which has amassed numerous championships and records, thanks to finger-follower valve activation and dual-direction Kawasaki Quick Shifter, during the modern electronics suite. Allows a broad range of riders to experience the thrill of pushing their limits on the circuit.
The Ninja ZX-10R ABS 2020 Kawasaki Sports Motorcycle marks the end of decades of world-class road racing innovation. It was developed on the proven basis of the FIM WorldSBK Championship. Jonathan Rhea of the Kawasaki Racing Team (KRT) has won four consecutive World SB No. 1 plates for his aggressive design, combined with his 998cc engine, excellent handling, and advanced state-of-the-art electronics.
Ninja ZX-10R ABS 2020 Kawasaki Sports Motorcycle – Features and Price

- The process of finger follower valves
- Electronics bundle with IMU
- BFRC Light Rear Shock and Show Balance Free Front Fork
Engine
The ZX-10R engine delivers excellent horsepower thanks to development support from the World Superbike Squad, which won the Kawasaki Championship. The low-to-mid-range power is perfect for high speeds while maintaining sufficient linear power delivery to assist the rider in opening the throttle quickly when exiting the track turn.
For high-speed engine response and light handling, the bike has a great moment of lightweight crankshaft and inertia. Teflon resin coating helps reduce friction, while more lightweight pistons improve engine response. The Ninja H2’s Long Reach Spark plugs allow extended coolant to pass through the cylinder head for maximum cooling. Advanced power features are enhanced with straight, comprehensive intake and exhaust ports.
Finger Follower Valve Activation
Engineers who have won the Kawasaki Multimedia World Superbike Championship have developed a finger-follower valve train that enables aggressive cam profiles for high performance and rapid valve opening and closing.
Compared to the tapite-style process, the finger-follower valve activation valve reduces the bulk of the train by about 20% while also reducing the friction in the cam lobe. Followers have a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating that helps reduce wear. Lightweight titanium intake and exhaust valves reduce each other’s weight. The height of the cylinder head is facilitated by a compact valve train.
Valve cover (paint)
The red-painted valve cover gives it a unique, sharp look.
Ram Air Intake System
For maximum air box filling effect, the ram air duct is located near the front of the motorcycle. For better racing acceleration, a larger 10-liter airbox helps increase engine response and lower mid-range power. To help minimize intake noise, a resonant chamber is built into the frame spars.
Digital fuel injection
The primary electronic throttle valves (ETVs) are 47 mm in diameter and work with great accuracy to aid the smooth engine response on the track. The straightforward method also improves S-KTRC input and supports Kawasaki launch and engine brake control.
Exhaust with titanium alloy
Because titanium compounds withstand heat better than pure titanium, exhaust systems can be smaller and lighter without compromising durability.
By simply using the slip muffler to compete with the diameter and length near the race header, it is easy to improve circuit performance.
At the bottom of the engine, a large capacity pre-chamber with an exhaust valve at the outlet helps concentrate the weight, reduce the exhaust noise and reduce the muffler volume.
Electronics
Due to the state-of-the-art programming that gives the ECU an accurate real-time image of what the chassis is doing with minimal software, Kawasaki’s state-of-the-art electronics have always performed well on track. The ZX-10R’s electronic management technology, including the latest iterations of Bosch IMU and Kawasaki’s proprietary dynamic modeling software, helps racers realize the full potential of the ZX-10R on track.
IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) (KP)
IMU calculates inertia with five axes: longitude, transition, vertical velocity, Roll rate, and pitch rate. ECU calculates Yao’s rate with Kawasaki’s unique software so that the six-axis chassis can provide lean angle and acceleration/delirium force for more accurate electronic auxiliary riding control.
Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC) (KP) (KP)
With the proper management due to IMU, racers can choose five additional ways to set the S-KTRC feel for specific track conditions and ride preferences. The two highest levels have very little intervention to improve the on-track experience of top-level racers.
The S-KTRC allows power slides and lifts as long as forward acceleration is maintained, which helps to improve off-turn acceleration on the track. The system gradually differentiates between torque lifts, allowed if acceptable acceleration is supported, and sudden unwanted charges, which require system intervention.
Kawasaki Engine Brake Control
Racers can choose how many engine brakes they want with the KEBC system. When KEBC is enabled (by selecting “LIGHT” in the KEBC options), the engine braking effect for smooth turn entrances on the track is reduced.
Mode of Operation
Riders can choose from three different power levels: full-power operation. Moderately powered – process varies based on throttle position. Low power – about 50-60% of maximum power. It operates independently of S-KTRC.
Balance Free Fork (BFF) via Showa (KP)
Because the damping valves are outside the fork cylinder, the hydraulic circuit does not experience the pressure balance changes common in conventional dampers.
Both compression and rebound damping are created and modified independently of each other.
By placing the entire surface valve of the fork piston in the damping force chamber, it can work on the oil by stabilizing the internal pressure, and as a result, the fork is more compatible.
