2020 Scrambler Cafe Racer Ducati Review Specs

In the spirit of the ’60s motorcycle revolution, the 2020 Scrambler Cafe Racer Ducati is the Scrambler rendition of the classic ’60s motorcycles. Ducati Scrambler Café Racer is reminiscent of the 125GP Desmo thanks to its Silver Ice Matt paint job and blue frame.

The “Ton-Up Boys” of the Rocker movement were a group of forward-thinking young motorcyclists in London in the 1960s who set up their motorcycles to win the dash from one café to another (each race was supposed to last as long as a Juke Box track).

Following this event, café racing became a worldwide phenomenon.

A particular style binds the Ducati Scrambler to the Café Racer movement.

The Ducati Scrambler Café Racer reinterprets one of motorcycle history’s most important movements.

On this more-Scrambler-than-ever variant, Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tires (120/70 ZR 17 at the front and 180/55 ZR 17 at the back) play a crucial role, as well as providing plenty of room for personalization.

The aluminum rear-view mirrors, mounted on the handlebar ends, have a ’60s racing flair. The performance of a contemporary radial front brake pump matches that of a sports bike.

With its twin tailpipe and black anodized aluminum cover, the nose fairing and its short mudguard are apparent nods to the motorcycles that raced along British streets in the 1960s. Bruno Spiaggiari’s number 54 is emblazoned on the lateral number holders.
