Milwaukee-Eight 114 Power

The new and powerful Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-Twin engine, the highest displacement and power supplied from the manufacturer for Harley-Davidson Touring model motorcycles, abilities each Special model. The rubber-mounted and counterbalanced Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine gives thrilling performance and a traditional Harley-Davidson style, sound, and feel in the Touring chassis. 114 cubic inches (1,868 ccs), 10.5:1 compression ratio, 118 ft. lb. torque at 3250 RPM, four-valve cylinder heads; increased airflow through the engine helps to power production.

The new dual spark plugs have been used for greater power and efficiency and complete burning of the air/fuel charge. A solo camshaft reduces mechanical noise, allowing a fuller exhaust tone to take center stage. A more outstanding compression ratio is possible because of advanced cylinder head design, twin knock sensors, and precise cooling, allowing greater torque output and superior acceleration. The powerful V-Twin engine has a 45-degree cylinder angle to keep the original Harley-Davidson appearance, sound, and feel. At highway speeds, the 6-speed Cruise Drive gearbox decreases engine RPM to enhance fuel efficiency and greater passenger comfort. It enhances overall airflow to the engine and adds performance style with an all-new Ventilator high-performance air cleaner with the help of a washable filter element.

Chassis

The 2021 Road King Special Harley-Davidson Touring Bike’s frame is built to last, with a solid backbone to carry the weight of both i.e., the passengers and the baggage, as well as contemporary engine power. Internal twin bending valve technology delivers linear damping performance and a smooth ride in the front suspension, while the new Emulsion technology rear shocks are tuned for touring, and it includes a single-knob pre-load adjustment that needs no tools or maintenance. Distinctive variants have a slammed posture because of the lower rear suspension—unique variants featuring Prodigy cast-aluminum wheels (19-inch front, 18-inch rear).

The brand new Standard ReflexTM Linked Brembo Brakes with ABS is intended to help the rider recall control while braking in a straight line by stopping the wheels from locking during braking. In an emergency, ABS works independently on the front and rear brakes to avoid uncontrollable wheel lock.

RDRS Safety Enhancements – Optional RDRS Safety Enhancements– A set of latest technologies adapt a motorcycle’s performance to the available traction during deceleration, acceleration, and braking. Linked braking, traction control, anti-lock brakes, drag-torque slip control, tire pressure monitoring system, and vehicle hold control are all included.

New Features

Low Profile Engine Guard: This 1.25-inch diameter engine guard mounts 11 inches lower than the average Touring engine guard and includes a slightly forward sweep that offers enough clearance around the brake and shifts levers to highlight the Street Glide Special’s slammed low lines. The Daymaker LED headlight, which replaces the former dual-halogen headlamp, is now standard on the Road King Special variant. The LED Daymaker headlight packs a powerful punch with a brilliant white beam that illuminates the road and makes the motorbike more visible throughout the day. A new tank medallion based on the Bar & Shield emblem has been released.
