Four Stroke Fuel Injected, Air Cooled Engine
KXTM Inspired Ergonomics Steel Perimeter Frame Long Travel Suspension Full Size Wheel Electric Start. Long-stroke engines have enough torque for a powerful pull on low to medium range with simple standard speed management and small throttle openings. Air-cooled only. SOHC architecture simplifies maintenance.
DFI (KP) (Digital Fuel Injection) helps provide smooth, accurate throttle response for better tail engine control. Fuel injection ensures a constant supply of fuel by automatically adjusting for changes in air temperature and altitude, resulting in lower emissions. DFI provides a steady start whether the engine is hot or cold, and the engine is easy to start when paired with an electric starter button.
Chassis
The brand new high tensile steel frame was designed with trail performance and rider confidence. The structure and engine were built together. Engine height was reduced to help create a suitable frame line for maximum hardness balance and center of gravity.
The frame was also designed so that riders could easily hold it with their legs for better control and input. The somewhat flat seat design, paired with a flush seam between the shroud, seat, and side cover, enhances ride control and provides flexibility in movement.
The short wheelbase helps move the trail. Long-distance suspension enhances trail ride performance by providing adequate ground clearance.
The preload can be adjusted on the gas pressure single rear shock to help riders adjust the bike according to their weight. Petal disc brakes provide reliable braking. Full-size aluminum wheels, 21 inches front and 18 inches of rear improve trail riding ability.
The aesthetic elements of Kawasaki KXTM offer a vibrant and aggressive look. The speedometer, odometer, twin trip meter, fuel gauge, clock, and indicator lamp are displayed on a large, easy-to-read LCD screen on the digital instrument panel. A large, bright headlight provides the best light with a 55 / 60W halogen bulb.
