The Raptor 700R comes standard with immense power and a lightweight combination that creates any quad bike rider pay note. This combination of a brand new hybrid steel aluminum frame, Controlled-Fill aluminum sub-frame, and brand new cast aluminum swingarm results in the robust and lightest quad bike in its class. The dual counterbalancers, new electric starter and reverse gear, keep things nice and civilized when needed, while the thick plush seat gives superb comfort. The big-bore Raptor 700R, on the other hand, stands tall when it comes to pulling the trigger.
The Raptor 700R’s YFZ-inspired handling is incredible while tearing through the woods. The trail bumps are flattened out with the help of 9.1-inch of front travel and 10.1-inch of rear travel while the rider maintains control. Engine
An all-new Raptor 700R Yamaha 2022 Sports ATV 686cc engine’s forged lightweight piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft are light and powerful for a hard-hitting quick-revving powertrain that revs to 9,000 rpm while being kept smooth by dual counterbalancers. In a wide range of situations, elevations and temperatures, the Yamaha Fuel Injection (YFI) deliver consistent and exceptional engine performance. This bike is suitable for consistent performance and outstanding throttle response, the digital TCI with 32-bit electronic control unit manages fuel injection and ignition systems.
Electric start with just a push of a button in any gear adds convenience. With the Raptor 700R’s massive powerband and a race-bred five-speed transmission with reverse, there’s a gear for almost every situation. The heavy-duty clutch contains a sturdy basket and plates designed to harness the power while the YZ-spec ratchet shifter guarantees flat, resistance-free shifting under control. A tool-free air filter and extremely easy-to-reach oil filter add to the convenience.
Chassis/Suspension
The new Raptor 700R Yamaha 2022 Sports ATV offers advanced chassis with a steel front section and an all-new YZ-style piggyback rear shock with preload adjustment and 10.1-inch wheel travel. YZ-style piggyback shocks are fully adjustable, including high- and low-speed compression adjustment and preload and rebound adjustment for maximum sport versatility. The front shock delivers 9.1 inches of wheel travel while the rear shock provides 10.1 inches.
Front disc brakes with twin aluminum pistons provide excellent stopping force. Drilled discs assist minimize unsprung weight for better suspension compliance, while a twin-piston rear brake offers optimum stopping force. Maxxis® tires with a specially developed tread pattern in 22×7-10 front and 20×10-9 rear sizes give exceptional class-leading traction for razor-sharp handling in various terrain and situations. Aluminum wheels are lightweight and help improve suspension performance by lowering unsprung weight. Serrated 45mm footpegs inspired by racetracks provide excellent boot traction. The new lightweight Controlled-Fill aluminum subframe and composite front grip bar are sturdy and light.
