Design

It has been reworked like the Monster 1200, but without significant alterations to the lines of the motorbike, to produce a sleek, compact machine with an authentic sports character. Engine

821 cm3 twin-cylinder Desmodromic Testastretta 11° engine, meant to be a structural part of the chassis, powers the Monster 821 motorcycle. Frame

Finally, the Monster 821’s double-sided swingarm guarantees a 1480 mm wheelbase.

New footpeg struts are additionally supported by a revised rear seat-carrying subframe, which is connected directly to the engine.
