2022 Zero FX Electric Dual Sports Bike – Features and Price
Tuned in to Your Ride
Transversely traversing from well-maintained tarmac to rutted loose gravel All is well. With a gentle press of a button, any terrain may be conquered. Using the Zero Motorcycles App, you can adjust the Zero FX’s performance to your preferences and get complete statistics about your rides. The Zero FX comes pre-programmed with Eco and Sport modes.
Charge. Simply.
Every morning, make sure you have a “full tank” of energy to bike. There is no need for a pricey charging station. The Zero FX’s 650-watt inbuilt charger may be charged using a standard 110 V home outlet. There is now a “fueling station” at every retail establishment.
Get impatient for speedier restocks. Charge times may be slashed by more than 60 percent using an optional Quick Charger.
Your Low Maintenance Ride
You are designed for Riding Adventures and Carefree Living. Put an end to time-consuming and messy oil changes, dust-clogged filters, misfired spark plugs, and time-wasting tuneups. The zero fx’s motor has been sealed. Efficiently represents your throttle hand’s desires to your rear wheel through a super-efficient carbon fire belt-drive system. Ride more, more accessible. In addition to 5 years and unlimited mileage warranty, the zero fx’s advanced battery has life-of-motorcycle cell technology.
Instant “full tank.”
When it comes to “charging,” nothing beats a new battery. Using the optional hot-swappable batteries for the Zero FX, you can quickly switch from low to full power. Modules may be easily recharged by off-board charging accessories, allowing for an endless journey.
Stretch Your Endurance
Take a leisurely drive around the city. Dive. Until your muscles ache or your legs give out, keep pushing and riding. Most Zero FX riders discover that they’ve reached their endurance limitations long before their battery has run out of juice. The Zero FX now has the industry’s best power and energy density batteries, thanks to ongoing upgrades to the Z-Force® drivetrain. The 2022 Zero FX Electric Dual Sports Bike can go 91 miles on a single charge in “city” mode.
Swappable Battery Capability
Battery options are available for the Zero FX in two different ways. Riders of the ZF3.6 may multiply their range by using the powerful ZF3.6’s modular battery technology, which can be rapidly swapped out on the go. Zero FX riders who want to get the most out of their Zero FX’s range can choose the ZF7.2, which is built right into the motorcycle.
In the electric bikes market, Zero Motorcycles’ Z-Force® battery is the most powerful and energy-dense. With a battery capacity of 7.2 kWh, the ZF7.2 can go up to 91 kilometers on a single charge in the city.
A five-year, unlimited-mileage guarantee ensures the battery’s long-term viability. Long Term Storage Mode on the Zero FX enhances battery health over the long term by optimizing the battery’s level of charge.
Motor
In terms of torque, the Zero FX engine can deliver up to 78 ft-lb. In combination with regenerative braking, the air-cooled Interior Permanent Magnet (IPM) motor provides exceptional performance and ferocious acceleration.
Liquid cooling is unnecessary, cumbersome, and costly. Routine repairs are not required. No muss, no hassle. The most effective, powerful, and compact motor on the market.
Face
Twin projector-beam headlights and an integrated fly screen adorn the Zero FX’s unique front end, lending the bike’s angular demeanor a distinctive look.
