Inventor of the 4-wheel Quad Bikes, Suzuki has built the world’s most unbelievable sports-utility quad with a bold appearance and excellent capability and dependability than ever before. The KingQuad’s legacy lives on and is waiting for you to join in on the fun. The KingQuad’s unique qualities make each model a joy to ride on any terrain.
Suzuki 2020 KingQuad 500AXi Power Steering SE+ Utility ATV – Features
Key Features
Cast aluminum wheels and electronic power steering complete the package, while a matte black paint job completes the appearance. Full-time independent suspension and a large towing capacity make this vehicle a breeze to pull and ride on any terrain—quadratic gearbox with efficient brakes for an EFI-fed engine and high torque. LED taillight, fender- and handlebar-mounted headlights, and a complete LCD instrument panel are standard equipment. Any assignment may be accomplished with the KingQuad’s wide choice of attachments.
Engine Features
There is a broad powerband and extremely high-end power delivery from the 493cc, single-cylinder, SOHC, four-stroke, and liquid-cooled engine. Because of the lowered center of gravity provided by the canted cylinder head and cylinder, the engine’s overall height is decreased, as is the driver’s seat. A brand new balancer shaft is also included in the engine to ensure smooth running.
This four-valve cylinder head’s massive intake valves and straight intake ports make it very efficient in charging the cylinders. Valves may be adjusted using a simple screw and nut mechanism.
The SCEM – Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material coating on a lightweight aluminum cylinder provides exceptional heat transmission and ring sealing, resulting in a very efficient combustion chamber.
Throttle responsiveness and better fuel economy are enhanced, and power is distributed evenly throughout the rpm range thanks to Suzuki’s Advanced Fuel Injection. The engine’s starting performance is also improved, regardless of the circumstances.
California versions of the KingQuad meet the state’s strict evaporative emissions regulation, which the Suzuki KingQuad model readily meets. A thermostatically regulated cooling fan atop a high-capacity aluminum radiator keeps the engine running at a constant temperature.
Transmission Features
To shift between gears, the new QuadmaticTM CVT-type automatic gearbox exploits a fender-mounted gate-type shifter. On downhill sections, the car is easier to manage because of its well-tuned engine-braking system.
For excellent traction and precise steering, go for a small, torque-sensing limited-slip front differential. 4WD traction is significantly upgraded with a differential-lock system.
With just a button press on the handlebar, the driver may easily choose between 2WD, 4WD, and differential-lock 4WD modes. Overriding the regular speed limits may be done using an override button on the left handlebar.
Chassis Features
The aggressive, angular bodywork incorporates high-clearance fenders that shield the rider from flying debris and are coated with a distinctive matte finish. Oil level checks and filter replacements are simplified by the shape of the vehicle’s body panels.
The KingQuad’s chassis features thick-wall tubes and strengthened brackets in crucial locations to boost rider comfort, making the quad bike more straightforward to ride on any terrain and growth towing capability.
A brand new “under-steer” setting has been included in the ATV’s essential steering characteristics to save effort and improve turning in tight spaces. It is now possible to choose handlebars taller and more comfortable for the rider.
Power steering on the Suzuki KingQuad is more efficient and powerful than the previous generation, resulting in less steering effort while declining rider fatigue.
Large-diameter gas-charged shock absorbers, including five-way spring preload adjustment, are part of an independent double A-arm front suspension having 6.7 inches of wheel travel.
Large diameter, gas-charged shock absorbers, including five-way brand new spring preload adjustment, are part of a completely independent A-arm/I-beam rear suspension having 7.7-inch of wheel travel.
Complimentary bushings on a large-diameter rear stabilizer bar assist the rider in maintaining body control while decreasing shock. High friction braking pads, fluid lines, and a lever ratio all work together to offer the best potential braking performance.
An all-new fashionable base brake lever ratio of the rear brakes is excellent for rider control. High longevity, reduced unsprung weight, and inexpensive maintenance are attributed to the rear brake’s clutch-type construction. While on a challenging terrain ride, Suzuki’s soft T-shaped seat allows the user to move about quickly.
Polyethylene skid plates defend against rocks and rugged terrain while requiring little effort to traverse them. Long-lasting plastic shields protect the front and back half shafts.
Lightweight cast-aluminum wheels with machined spokes and rim edges hold 25-inch Carlisle tires with excellent grip. Carries 25-inch Carlisle Carlisle tires with a blacked-out finish on lightweight, cast aluminum rims.
Utility Features
Attractive and highly bright headlights fixed to the new handlebars impressively enlighten the path in the direction of travel. Among KingQuad’s distinguishing features are its dual 35-watt headlights, with high and low settings. The ATV’s brilliant LED taillight uses less electricity and is more noticeable at night.
To make the most of the KingQuad’s extensive towing capability, a receiver-type trailer hitch attachment is included (up to 1322 pounds). Wire conduit and Winch-ready mounts simplify the process of installing a winch.
An 18-amp maintenance-free battery is fed by a high-output, three-phase charging system for simple starting and accessory usage. In every house, there’s a built-in 12V auxiliary outlet.
The low-center-of-gravity placing of the 4.6-gallon (17.5-liter) gasoline tank ensures a smooth ride. Filler cap and ratchet-style petcock are included (which prevents overtightening so it can be easily unscrewed for refilling). In addition to the current left-side 4.0-liter storage compartment, an additional substantial 4.0-liter storage section is located in the center of the ATV’s back, allowing plenty of room for goods. A screw-on lid makes it extremely simple to reach the 2.8-liter water-resistant forward-facing storage section.
For long-lasting toughness and scratch resistance, the steel-tube cargo racks have wrinkle paint finishes. Protective flooring with built-in elevated footpegs is available.
These include winches, windshields, and front and rear bumpers, as well as quick release snowplows, aluminum skid pans, and rack extensions. There are many more Suzuki Genuine Accessories available for the Suzuki ATV.
Special Features
A 12-month warranty is provided as a courtesy. Suzuki Extended Protection offers extended coverage duration and additional advantages (SEP). Operators must be at least 16-year old to operate.
