Technology
Technology, quality, and appeal of the MV Agusta at a competitive price. The Red Range, which consists of three models (Dragster 800, Brutale 800, and Turismo Veloce 800) and is aimed at MV Agusta enthusiasts, is the ideal starting point into the world of Italian three-cylinder bikes. Get on an MV without compromising any technical or stylistic features that have made the “Meccanica Verghera” brand so well-known.
The color is the first distinguishing element of the Rosso Range, as its name suggests. The design is enhanced by the red foundation beneath the superstructures, alternated with an attractive black finish. This combination is the only one available for the three models in this series.
The lower end price is made achievable by the efficient implementation of manufacturing process industrialization while keeping our high product quality standards. When compared to the usual setup, the variations are minor. The wheels on the Brutale and Dragster are the same as the ordinary models but without the surface machining on the spoke profiles, which is the most noticeable detail. The advanced electronics, including the immobilizer, are identical to the conventional models, as are the instrumentation and controls.
Engine
The whole Red Range is powered by a 798 cc in-line three-cylinder engine that produces 110 bhp (81 kW) at 11500 rpm and 83 Nm (8.5 kgm) at 7600 rpm. They have a MotoGP-inspired counter-rotating crankshaft and extractable gearbox, as well as a very compact design and low weight.
Electronics
The MVICS (Motor&Vehicle Integrated Control System) regulates three fuel injectors and provides three pre-set engine modes (Sport, Race, Rain), as well as a custom preset. The most recent iteration of the Up&Down assistance system is the MV EAS 2.1 electronic gearbox. An IMU inertial platform is also included in the Turismo Veloce.
Chassis
The chassis features a single-sided swingarm, adjustable suspension, and a steel-tube lattice frame with aluminum side plates. A high-quality Brembo and Nissin braking system with Bosch 9 Plus ABS with RLM is installed (Rear wheel Lift-Up Mitigation). The Dragster’s factory tires are 120/70 and 200/55, respectively, with 3.50″ and 6.00″ channels. The wheels of the Turismo Veloce have the exact dimensions, with 120/70 and 190/55 tires. The Brutale comes with 3.50″ front and 5.50″ rear channel wheels, as well as the front of 120/70 and rear of 180/55 tires.
Graphics
The Brutale 800, 2020 Dragster 800 Rosso MV Agusta Naked Motorcycle, and Turismo Veloce 800 are the models in this line, with the last being distinguished by its distinctive graphics. The Rosso Range brings the exhilarating performance of the Dragster, Brutale, and Turismo Veloce to a larger audience.
