MV Agusta 2020 Brutale 1000 Serie Oro Naked Bike Review Specs

Naked sports bikes were forever redefined with the introduction of the Brutale in the 1980s. In addition to bringing an end to a long development road, the MV Agusta 2020 Brutale 1000 Serie Oro Naked Bike introduces a whole new concept centered on achieving the highest performance levels possible. Because of the split seat, the underlying carbon fiber pattern can be seen. There is a license plate bracket connected to the single-sided swingarm. The carbon fiber wheel rims and footpeg mounts are inspired by the short RVS#1, while Fire red’s matte texture offers a striking metallic appearance.

Design

For the 1000 Serie Oro, all Brutale’s design components were created and designed for this model, ensuring that the motorcycle retains the same Brutale look.

Performance

For the first time, an engine in a motorcycle generates 208 horsepower at 13,450 rpm, making it the fastest bike in the world. 212 horsepower (156 kW) at 13,600 rpm can be achieved with an Arrow exhaust system and a modified ECU. The world’s fastest naked bike exceeds all expectations with a top speed of over 300 kilometers per hour.

Technology

MV Agusta engineers extensively revised the inline 4-cylinder engine’s original design, keeping only the creation of individual castings key concept pillars like the major distribution chain and radial valves untouched. Everything else has been reshaped from the ground up to improve performance.

Engine

Several cutting-edge technical improvements include redesigned valve guides, a revamped combustion chamber, improved intake and exhaust lobes on the camshaft, and pistons with new low friction compression. They’ve been given a new lubrication system designed to improve performance even under the most extreme conditions.

Electronics

The Brutale 1000 Serie Oro’s 4-cylinder engine has a custom MV Agusta central control unit that manages the Full Ride-by-Wire system’s several maps and collects data from the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). Traction control, an anti-wheelie system, a launch control system, and the EAS 2.0 Up and Down gear system, which works on both uphill and downhill terrain, all benefit from the expertise acquired in the Superbike World Championships.

Safety

Ohlins electronic suspension components provide optimal driving control in various road conditions. Two spoilers were fitted near the radiator to stabilize the vehicle and reduce the load on the front tire. Brake discs with 320-mm diameter floating discs are held in place by Brembo Stylema calipers that are smaller and lighter than ever before. On the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro, there are additional tread pressure sensors.
