Touring Capability
These unique motorcycles offer a road-focused ride that sets new standards thanks to ride-enhancing features like a specially designed, fully adjustable suspension setup and significantly increased engine output. Triumph’s new 2023 Tiger 900 GT Pro is completely redesigned with an all-new, more responsive 900cc triple engine, a fantastic level of specification, new state-of-the-art ride-enhancing technology, and an aggressive new Tiger style and attitude. It aims to set a new category benchmark for maximum adventure in every ride. The new Tiger 900 series is much lighter than earlier, making it one of the most capable, agile, and dynamic middleweight adventure bikes.
The world’s longest-running adventure bike story
Triumph has a long and rich history, dating back over 80 years, with a range of off-road models. The Tiger brand has been instrumental in building the adventure category since its introduction in 1936 with the first Tiger competition models. It includes the emergence and growth of rallying, racing, and adventure tourism.
When the Tiger 800 was introduced in 2010, its torque-rich triple engine, neutral and precise handling, and accessibility for all riders helped it become the market leader in the middleweight adventure sector. Additionally, in January 2018, as the new model was being rolled out, viewers of the grueling Pan-Africa Rally were given a very early preview of the latest 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro Adventure Bike’s aggressive new look and refinement thanks to the “Tiger Tramontana.”
900cc Euro 5 Compliant Triple Engine with Innovative New Configuration
The all-new, high-capacity, and high-performance 900cc engine is now fully Euro 5 compliant, with a new and distinctive 1,3,2 firing sequence for improved character and feel. Pull hard and lower down; there are results. The engine also produces a unique sound, creating more input for the rider under load.
As a result, the low-down throttle character, sound, and feel are much more closely aligned with the twin, while the triple’s mid-range and top-end retain all of their torque, feel, and delivery. It produces a new engine with torque at 7,250 rpm, 10% more than the peak torque of previous Tiger 800 models. It also produces better performance in the rev range and low down and even better than 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro.
Additionally, power has increased throughout the rev range, peaking at 95 PS at 8,750 rpm and 9% higher in the midrange.
When combined, it results in a more significant reaction. Roll-on times for sixth gear, 0-60 mph, and 0-110 mph, are all considerably faster than the nearest competitor and the previous generation vehicle. It also delivers a triple soundtrack that is significantly more powerful, punchy, and catchy for the new Tiger 900. As a result, the rider experiences less ambient heat and better cooling efficiency.
A revised radiator shape enhances the new models’ more dramatic adventure bike stance and elegance. Because of its design and placement, the engine can be placed far forward, improving the center of gravity.
While additional changes to the sump and cooling system ensure that ground clearance is not affected, it increases weight distribution for better handling and low-speed balance. In addition, a wholly redesigned airbox with a slip-and-assist clutch and a new, more easily accessible air filter are included to enhance the ride.
Significantly lighter, all-new benchmark-setting chassis
Currently up to 5 kg lighter than the previous generation model, the new 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro Adventure Bike offers the most powerful and elegant Tiger ride. With its modular design, bolt-on aluminum rear subframe, and bolt-on pillion hangers, the new steel trellis frame is light and offers the most adventure-focused setup for off-road riding.
The new 900 line boasts a high suspension specification, featuring premium Marzucci or Showa components designed to deliver the best possible performance for the new industry-beating middleweight adventure bikes.
Tiger style with a more dominant adventure-focused stance
The new 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro Adventure Bike takes on an even more aggressive and commanding adventure stance thanks to its updated finish, redesigned compact bodywork, and clean lines. A visually lighter front end, reduced standover width, and fuel tank size and shape all support this. The fuel tank, tank end panel, high mudguard, seat panel, radiator cowl, and radiator duct exit are new bodywork features with an aggressive and focused adventure style. The Tiger 900 sets a new standard for excellence thanks to its unmatched polish and craftsmanship.
Accessible and adaptable
The new 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro Adventure Bike’s mid and top models are even more accessible to more riders thanks to the dealer-fit A2 license compliance kit, which includes an engine tune and a dedicated APS twist grip. The dealer can immediately restore full power after the rider gets his full license.
A particular low-ride height version of the Tiger 900 GT has also been offered. Thanks to a modified suspension setup and lower seat, it is 50mm shorter than the regular GT model. Additionally, this version has a 20 mm seat height adjustment, bringing the seat height to 760-780 mm.
65+ dedicated new accessories, adding to your adventure
For the new 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro Adventure Bike, over 65 authentic Triumph accessories are offered. Each was built with the bike to guarantee seamless integration and the same high manufacturing quality and finish standard. In collaboration with Givi, two new lines of luggage have been developed: Expedition top-opening panniers and associated 42-liter top box and Trekker side-opening panniers with a 52-liter double helmet top box. In addition, there are attachments for increased security, functionality, comfort, and protection.
Two new inspiration kits include a complete set of accessories tailored to different riding needs, which can inspire riders to build the ideal bike. With its fully equipped “Tracker” inspiration kit, tank pad, screen deflector, sliding carriage kit, Tracker top box and backrest, and powder-coated mild steel mounting kit, the Tiger’s even greater touring capabilities are fully realized and visible.
On the other hand, the “Expedition” inspiration kit features the more obvious off-road modifications available, including upper engine bars, LED fog lights, headlamp guards, fork guards, a stainless steel mounting kit, Expedition panniers, and a 40-Letter roll bag.
