The fantastic features that come standard on the Z H2 are also available on the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle. With the addition of Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension (KECS) with Skyhook EERA technology, the already well-polished base package gets even better. This suspension system continuously adjusts to road and riding conditions in real-time, combining advanced mechanical components with the latest electronic control technology to provide the rider with a smooth ride.
The 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle will once again feature Brembo Stylema Monobloc brake calipers, an all-new Brembo front brake master cylinder, and steel-braided lines, providing riders with powerful braking performance and enhanced control. High engine power demands matching stopping power. The Z H2 SE will be available in Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Grey/Ebony/Mirror Coated Black.
Based on the stunning Kawasaki Z H2, the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle maintains the best possible balance of power and performance compared to the standard model while incorporating Brembo Stylema front brake components and KECS (Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension) for even greater stopping power. It includes Showa’s Skyhook technology, which adapts the suspension to real-time road conditions to provide both firmness (for a sporty ride) and suppleness (for rider comfort).
A supercharged genius defines super naked. Thanks to the legendary Ninja H2’s supercharged technology, our invincible liter engine gets an incredible boost. Tsugumi’s appearance is Kawasaki.
2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Engine
A two-stage machining technique for the cylinder head produces throats for the intake ports using race technology developed for the Ninja® ZX-10R, which has won multiple World Superbike championships. Twice, the valve seat area is bored: once for the valve seats and again along the throat passage. Smoother intake airflow results, and it improves performance by reducing intake loss. Cam profiles are especially designed to meet the airflow needs of daily road riding, increasing short—to mid-distance focused performance and fuel efficiency.

Intake and exhaust apertures are aligned with airflow to improve low-to-mid-range performance and fuel efficiency. One-piece cylinder/upper crankcase: This reduces mechanical stress by using low-stress piston rings, as it uses a dummy cylinder head during the honing process to achieve more accurate cylinder dimensions.
A higher compression ratio increases fuel efficiency and improves thermal efficiency. Because efficient combustion produces less heat, an oil jet can cool the piston, allowing the oil pump to run more slowly and reducing frictional losses. Additionally, it optimizes the engine oil volume, helping to save weight.
A large, deep sump oil pan helps to cool the oil. To avoid cavitation, the oil pan design ensures that there is always oil around the pump. Additionally, the specific angular shape and placement of the oil filter. Dual secondary balancers reduce engine vibration almost wholly. It helps to prevent cavitation during solid acceleration and deceleration.

Trellis Frame
Like the Ninja H2, the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle features a revolutionary Trails frame designed for the Z H2 to improve performance at highway speeds while facilitating low-speed maneuverability. The trellis structure is made of high-tensile steel, and each piece’s bend, thickness, and pipe diameter are carefully selected to provide the ideal stiffness for that particular section.
The engine is angled forward to lower the center of gravity and enhance handling and stability at highway speeds. The swingarm mounting plate is bolted to the rear of the engine to form a frame component. The trellis frame’s open design helps disperse engine heat. Removing the frame cross members makes the frame lighter and allows the stiffer engine block to absorb the chain stresses generated by the high-output engine effectively.
Suspension
Uni-Trak® Rear Suspension (KP) provides a comfortable ride on both public and private roads thanks to its unique lever ratios and shock-damping settings. Superb handling is achieved by the precise balance of stiffness and flexibility in the cast aluminum swingarm, which works with the frame’s stiffness balance.

Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-lock Brake System (KIBS)
The high-spec Brembo front brake package for the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle consists of a Brembo front master cylinder and radial-mounted Stylma monobloc calipers, offering better control and more excellent braking performance.
The Stylma has less space around the pistons and brake pads than the M4.32 units on the regular Z H2 model. It allows for a more direct response by reducing the internal space occupied by the brake fluid. In addition to the Stylma calipers, the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE Sports Motorcycle gets Brembo front brakes from the master cylinder and steel-braided lines.
Stylma calipers cool much faster thanks to increased airflow around the brake pads, extra space around the pistons, and a hole that allows air to exit the central bridge. They are also lighter and have smaller external dimensions, reducing undivided weight.
Large 320 mm brake discs offer excellent feel and excellent stopping power. A 250mm disc is clamped to the rear brake by a dual-piston caliper. KIBS’s high-precision anti-lock brake system provides smooth feedback and light lever movement for increased braking confidence.
To enable incredibly accurate brake pressure regulation, the engine ECU communicates with the miniature ABS ECU, which control wheel speed and front caliper hydraulic pressure. Because of the high-precision control, no excessive pressure drop would impair braking performance, and the lever feels more steady rather than snappy like a traditional ABS.
Sugomi Design
The robust styling of the Z H2 is derived from the Tsugumi styling philosophy. Tsugumi characterizes the powerful energy or aura that a great person or thing emits, and the audience feels that. Someone or something with Tsugumi evokes awe, makes a lasting impression, is intimidating in size or power, and demands respect. To highlight its practical elegance, there is minimal covering in the engine area and elegant bodywork that flows from head to tail. The bike’s light, agile appearance, reflected by its compact and form-fitting bodywork, reflects its sporty performance.
Instrumentation
Thin-film transistor (TFT) technology in an advanced full-color multimeter display ensures levels of visibility previously unattainable. The screen can be set to a black or white background, and its brightness automatically adjusts to fit the available light. Riders can customize how they want their information presented with scrollable multi-function windows and two display modes.
