The streamlined fairing on the fork and the slamming saddlebags draw eyes to the renowned Thunderstroke motor. The black 19-inch 10-spoke cast alloy wheel with the open front fender looks excellent.
The new 2023 Indian FTR Sport and 2023 Indian Challenger Elite join other improvements and new additions to the 2023 model year range from Indian Motorcycle, the nation’s first motorcycle manufacturer. Also new to the 2023 lineup is a wide range of eye-catching hues, most notably on the tank covers of the FTR and FTR Sport models.
Indian Motorcycle President Mike Dougherty said, “With a wide variety of models and styles available, the 2023 lineup is a extremely powerful testament to our team’s relentless effort to build and refine a truly comprehensive product providing over the past nine years.” The launch of the FTR Sport demonstrates that “this effort has been focused across the line and within each model lineup”; with the Sport’s inclusion, there are now four distinct FTR options, each with its style and personality. One can also have a view at the comparison review of 2023 Indian Chieftain vs 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Glide.
In 2023, Indian Motorcycle will release a slew of helpful add-ons. Indian Motorcycle, in conjunction with CruzTOOLS®, is removing three accessories: a universal tool kit, a tool kit tailored to the FTR models, and an axle adapter. New All-Weather Vinyl Tailbags may be fastened to the backs of some seats or the undersides of luggage racks on most makes and models for extra storage space. In addition, the Indian Challenger now comes with a new Syndicate Heated Seat, and the Indian Pursuit now comes with a Reduced Reach Kickstand.
Indian Motorcycle is expanding its Chief range to include two additional bag choices. The Chief Fork Bag is designed to fit more miniature goods like gloves, glasses, mobile phones, and water bottles and is easily attached to the front of the handlebars. The new Chief Bobber Saddlebags are waterproof and stylish additions to your bike.
Indian Motorcycle now offers a Comfort+ Solo Seat and a Syndicate Seat for the Chief, designed to improve the rider’s comfort. The Comfort+ Solo Seat’s retro styling is reminiscent of the seats seen in classic muscle cars. The top is softer and contoured to keep the rider in place better than the standard seat. The new Chief Syndicate Seat provides rider and passenger comfort and support while enhancing the bike’s unique appearance. Black, fade-proof vinyl is used in the construction of the Syndicate Seat.
Indian Motorcycle has developed a new low-profile passenger backrest for the Chief that matches the bike’s aesthetic while providing comfortable padding for the passenger’s lower back.
Finally, bagger and touring models may now choose from a broader range of colors with the new Quick Release Low Profile Trunk. There are currently 58 stock hues to choose from when ordering the streamlined low-profile trunk.
