The 2023 Honda CBR600RR Sports Motorcycle is an excellent super sport motorcycle explicitly designed for tearing through narrow canyon roads and putting up quick lap times at the track. A lightweight chassis and high-performance Showa suspension complement the vehicle’s high-revving, fast inline-four-cylinder engine, allowing it to quickly navigate even the tightest turns on the track or the backroads. The CBR600RR has been tried and tried at the highest level, as shown by its eight World Super sports championships (nine if you consider its CBR600F predecessor).
The sport bike world’s top dogs have inline fours. Our MotoGP and World Superbike racers compete with engines like these. It’s obvious why, especially after a few laps on a high-performance bike like our CBR600RR. The engines are quick to respond and rev to high speeds. Sharp as a knife, the handling is. In addition, our CBR600RR retains the lightweight design typical of machines in the 600 class, which unlocks a wealth of performance advantages. Fours like the CBR600RR and our larger CBR1000RR are rare, but they are a thrill for track-day usage and excel on tight back roads. It’s a bike that riders of all skill levels and tastes can enjoy.
2023 Honda CBR600RR Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Radial Mounted Front-Brake Calipers
Front brakes on the CBR600RR are monoblack units positioned radially. This design makes the caliper firmer, which results in a more linear and powerful braking experience. For low-friction functioning, four aluminum pistons coated with chromium are used in each caliper.
Centrally Located Fuel Tank
The CBR600RR’s low and centrally located fuel tank holds 4.8 gallons of petrol. It not only makes for a more compact design but also helps keep the bike’s mass in the center. The CBR’s increased responsiveness to the rider’s input, particularly while leaning the bike into the turn or standing it up at the exit, results from the increased centralization of mass.
Honda Electronic Steering Damper
The vast majority of steering dampers measure the rate of handlebar bending. Compared to conventional dampers, Honda’s Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) is quite advanced. As the vehicle’s speed is detected, the damping is adjusted accordingly. It aids in retaining maneuverability at low rates while delivering excellent, predictable handling at higher rates.
Dual-Stage Fuel Injection
Each cylinder is equipped with two injectors to maximize efficiency at both low and high rpm. High-rpm reaction is almost immediate, yet you also get precise metering at low speeds and quiet operation.

Line-Beam Headlights
The two-piece reflector design of the line-beam headlights and the use of two H7 bulbs provide for superior light distribution and a very compact construction. The effect is that the headlamp improves your visibility and makes you safer on the road.

Honda Multi-Action System Inverted Fork
The HMAS cartridge fork is the only one on the market with a unique internal piston design. The tiny pistons used in the cutting-edge design maintain a high oil velocity, which enhances damping characteristics and allows for more fine-tuning. Greater precision in suspension performance is achieved, particularly across coarser surface imperfections.
Unit Pro-Link® Suspension
Unit Pro-Link® protects the chassis from bumps and improves handling and traction by removing the top shock mount from the frame. It’s a great representation of the CBR’s exceptional engineering since it was developed on our MotoGP motorcycles that won championships.
12-Spoke Wheels
These stylish 12-spoke cast aluminum wheels look great, and their constant stiffness and balance interact with the fork to improve suspension feel and handling.
Dual-Stage Fuel Injection
Each cylinder is equipped with two injectors to maximize efficiency at both low and high rpm. High-rpm reaction is almost immediate, yet you also get precise metering at low speeds and quiet operation.
Dual-Stage Ram Air
For superior engine performance and linear power delivery, the air box is fed by a two-stage ram air system placed in the nose.
