2022 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R KRT Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Engine
At all rpms, the long-stroke engine works better than many other 600-class engines, particularly in the low to mid-range for the best ride on city roads. They were designed to make all internal elements robust but compact with excellent dimensional accuracy to prevent friction from returning to power.
For bracket removal and weight loss, the RAM air duct is strong and supports tool panel and mirror mounting. The central ram air duct creates a straight path for the airbox, which eliminates clutter and increases the pressure for maximum utilization efficiency.
It is a small, rigid engine with a close-cylinder pitch and compact crankcases. This small engine also helps in the overall thinness and compactness of the chassis.
Mass Centralization
The bulk of the engine is concentrated in the tri-access crankshaft and the transmission shaft configuration, which makes the engine’s center of gravity ideal. It helps the rider to get more chassis input by reducing the pitching movement when applying the brakes. The pressure on the suspension and tires is reduced by lowering the forward/rear weight transfer, giving you more flexibility when editing the suspension settings.
An exhaust pre-chamber at the bottom of the engine helps distribute the mass and allows the use of a smaller, lighter muffler. A volume air box with RAM air induction (KP) supports peak power and smooth transmission. Long intake funnels help improve low to mid-range performance and a sense of strength.
Digital Fuel Injection (KP)
Long throttle bodies enhance the throttle response by enhancing the distance between the primary and sub-throttle valves.
Keihin throttle bodies with dual throttle valves (KP) have a diameter of 38mm and are capable of excellent performance and riding. The fine atomizing fuel injector has increased the volume and a revised spray pattern to enhance mixing with air. The sub-throttle, mounted in the throttle bore before the ECU, controls the central throttle valves to provide a more accurate throttle response in the DFI system, similar to a constant-speed carburetor.
Stainless Steel Exhaust
The joint pipe connects the four stainless steel header pipes to the maximum low to medium-range torque.
The exhaust system helps to increase low and medium-range power without losing top-end performance. A pre-chamber at the bottom of the engine helps to concentrate the weight, reduce the emission noise and reduce the muffler’s volume, while a damper on the proper permits to reduce the total center of gravity and centralize the mass. I help The triangular shape allows for an excellent lean angle and compact look while meeting the noise guidelines.
The ECU uses rpm, throttle position, and gear position to operate the butterfly valve near the muffler insertion to increase the low closing response and smooth overall power.
Cassette Transmission
It has an expressively lower engine power than the final drive ratio. The short gear ratio makes it easy to get off the stop. The 6-speed close-ratio transmission is detachable as a cassette, allowing quick gear changes.
A gear position sensor is also attached to the dash, providing real-time information to the rider. The technology is highly compatible with semi-automatic electronic shifters, which racers use to reduce clutchless shifting and lap time. The flat bottom design of the short fuel pump prevents the gasoline at the bottom of the pump from overheating. More fabulous fuel ensures efficient burning.
FCC Assist & Slipper Clutch (KP)
The clutch is pushed together during acceleration (assist function) with the help of the rotating forces of the clutch hub and pressure plate, enabling low and light clutch springs for an incredibly soft feeling on the lever. The new sleeper function helps some clutches to slip during high backlight conditions, such as when the low gear is selected, to help prevent the engine from locking up and stopping, as well as rear-wheel hop. Spring plate assembly in the clutch contributes to smooth clutch engagement and helps reduce clutch vibration (joder) noise.
Rider-Responsive Chassis
They are specially designed to work with the suspension to offer a controlled, pleasant ride on city streets and highways while allowing strong cornering capabilities for fast lap time. The new frame and swing arm of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was designed with the perfect rigidity balance, providing a quick and accurate response to rider directions and excellent riding input.
Suspension
With springs on both legs, preload and damping functions are divided into right and left fork tubes. Shaw – Big Piston Separate Function Inverted Fork (KP) preload is adjusted to the left, while rebound and compression damping are adapted to the right. Turnout suspension settings are best for roads and city rides while maintaining excellent performance on the track. 37mm pistons create a significant damping force to increase performance during severe braking.
Ninja Styling
The front cowl of the Ninja ZX-6R has an attractive styling that sets it apart from its competitors. Its excellent dimensions not only give a great view of the road ahead but also give a distinctive shape. The look is enhanced by LED headlights, each with high and low beams and position lighting. LEDs also provide more bright traditional lights for more light at night. The top lines and overlapping and interconnected sections give the tailcool a crisp, distinctive shape. An LED taillight inspired by the Ninja ZX-10R offers a stylish aesthetic when viewed from behind.
