A thin atomizing injector with ten holes sprays 60 meters of droplets, which helps efficiently mix and combustion air-fuel. The intake and exhaust cam profiles have been modified to increase the power and torque of the medium distance.

Chassis

The 2022 Kawasaki KLR650 ABS Adventure Bike significantly upgrades the proven and high tensile semi-double-cradle frame 2022 model. A rear frame combined, including the main structure to improve torsional stiffness for a more composite ride, as well as a 30 mm long swing arm including a 2mm wide diameter swing arm pivot shaft, contributes to better handling.

Suspension & Wheels

The front and rear suspension settings of the redesigned frame work together to make the car feel more rooted. With 200mm suspension travel, the 41mm front forks handle the responsibilities of suspension from the front and offer the rigidity required for optimal performance, meeting the requirements of on and off-road riding. Firm fork springs offer substantial collision compliance and batting resistance, as well as reduce front and dip when applying hard brakes.

At the rear, the 185mm of adjustable travel Unitrack suspension system matches the front fork settings, offering rear suspension action while contributing to the lower center of gravity.
