The new Monster, like all recent Ducati bikes, uses ride-by-wire technology for the bike’s dynamic control systems to create ride modes that suit the bike’s personality according to road conditions and the rider’s ride. Be consistent Change capability cornering function is now integrated into three degrees of ABS intervention, Level 3 and 2. Level 2 allows sport-based ABS interference with minimal rear lift-up restraints, while Level 3’s highest configuration provides exceptional stability when applied with maximum rear lift brakes—avoiding from above. Finally, Level 1, which is of the “front only” type and does not block the elevator from behind, provides the best performance on the race track.
2022 Ducati Panigale V2 Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Color range
The classic Ducati Red with black 5-Y-spoke wheel and the fresh, charming White Rosso Leveri, which combines details in the intense Ducati Red with the star white silk, are now available for the Panigale V2.
The white supremacy of the motorcycle has diminished to its most basic, flawless essence, which draws attention to its shape. Red on the edges, front air inlets, and upper half firing air deflectors highlight the more aggressive aspect of the Panigal V2.
The air inside the motorcycle gives power to the engine and cools the radiator with two red accents.
“Double Layer” fairing
The firing has two layers: a primary layer that rises upwards and connects to the tank through two strong struts and a secondary layer that acts as an airway. This “double layer” approach restores sporty, sleek lines typical of Ducati sports bikes, known for their perfect shape. Visually, the lower part of the firing merges into the under-engine silencer, which ends in a tiny right-hand end pipe.
Perfect Ducati Style
Vertical cylinders and wings and spoiler-shaped tailpieces are attached to a steel trail subframe covered in plastic.
Full LED taillights, similar in shape to wings, are integrated into the taillights. Despite being a one-piece assembly, Ducati sports bikes have two separate parts, keeping in mind the tradition. The Panigale V2 features a classic Ducati Red liver with black 5-spoke wheels with a Panigale V4-inspired design.
90° Cylinders
The engine acts as a tensioned part of the Panigale V2’s frame. The cylinders are placed at a distance of 90 degrees and bent backward along the axis of the crankshaft, forming an angle of 21 degrees between the front cylinder and the horizontal plane. To reduce mechanical noise, the two cylinder heads and aluminum top cover have ribbed designs. Using Vacural® technology, crankcases are vacuum diecast to maximize weight loss, guarantee uniform wall thickness, and increase strength. Die-cast aluminum makes a sump, clutch cover, and crankcase cover.
The crankshaft of the Super Quadro engine is lubricated with pressure oil by ducting it inside the crankcase. Brass bushes are used for this purpose.
Suspensions
The front fork on the Panigale V2 is a 43mm Shaw BPF fork with entire spring preload, compression, and rebound damping adjustments. By ensuring a low-pressure oil supply and minimizing the fluid required for compression and rebound adjustments, the Showa Big Piston Fork (BPF) significantly increases damping control at low speeds. Compared to traditional types of forks, it improves the performance of the suspension and significantly saves weight.
Sachs’ steering damper completes the front.
Fully adjustable socks mono-shock is used for the rear suspension, and it uses progressive rate linkage to respond to the motion of the diecast single-sided aluminum swing arm provider. The shock absorber side is mounted so that modifications to spring preload, compression damping, and rebound damping are possible.
Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 2
The software dramatically enhances off-corner power control using a new “predictive” technique, which interfaces with the 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and allows wheel spin and lane angle. Adopts interventions on a case-by-case basis. It prevents any damage to the skin grip and reduces the spin of the brake wheel, ensuring a faster, more smooth interference not only based on quick rear wheel spin but also based on its fluctuations. Is. It adds out-of-the-corner stability (even under ideal grip conditions), high speed, fast lap time, and high long-term performance.
GPS Lap Timer for Ducati (DLT GPS)
The best lap function makes a lap time flash for 5 seconds if it is the best of the current track session.
DLTGPS logs LapTime, Top Speed, and Bending / Yao Angles for 30 consecutive laps. Related menus can be used to display information on the screen. DLT GPS is a plug-and-play attachment offered by Ducati Performance.
Multimedia System for Ducati (DMS)
The smartphone instantly establishes a Bluetooth connection with the motorcycle as soon as the rider rides on it, enabling the rider to handle most multimedia features. The new text message icon, caller name, or music player appears on the TFT screen.
With Ducati Performance Accessories
Akrapovi developed this state-of-the-art complete racing exhaust system on the market specifically for Panigal. Each system component is made of a unique titanium alloy with TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) weld joints, which is incredibly lightweight, heat resistant and enables weight loss. Once installed, the Evolution Exhaust Panigale dramatically improves the power ratio to the already significant weight, allowing slowing speed.
