V-Twin Engine

The SOHC engine is designed to produce maximum torque with a long stroke and liquid cooling. The new liquid-cooled A/C generator lowers the overall temperature of the generator stator coils, allowing it to handle greater accessories. The new semi-dry sump (KP) design decreases the total height of the engine and keeps excess oil away from the crank, thereby reducing the loss of electrical looting. The new transmission stores oil, reducing the need for oil tanks. Triple oil pumps reduce turbulence loss and improve oil circulation.

The polished edge matches the cylinder heads while tapering attractively on the cylinder bases, and the new water jackets cover only the upper part of the cylinder. Compared to cast pistons, high-performance forged pistons (KP) are lighter, stronger, and more heat resistant. Oil jets keep the piston cool to increase stability.

All-new Dual primary engine balancers (KP) and new rubber engine mounts (KP) help to isolate high-frequency vibration while maintaining the core power pulse sensation of the muscle engine. Crankshaft with a single pin for this classic V-twin rumble and pulse.

Classic Styling

When engaged, LED taillights offer outstanding visibility, and chrome surrounds create a striking visual statement. Tanks, fenders, seats, saddle bags and other elements all date back to the 1960s. Enhances the overall comfort and style of the rider with front brakes and clutch levers.

Electronic Throttle Valve (ETV) (KP)

The throttle pulley works as an acceleration position sensor (APS), which sends signals to a small motor that controls the throttle valves via the ECU. It reduces rider fatigue by making the throttle bridge much lighter, and more accurate throttle control results in improved performance, smoother running, and increased fuel mileage.

Cable-powered APS eliminates the need for expensive switch housing electronics that can be destroyed and replaced if overturned on the right side of the motorcycle.
