636cc Ultra-Compact, Low-Friction Engine

Ram Air Induction (KP)
High-volume airbox aid increased peak power and smooth power transmission. Long intake funnels help in enhancing low to mid-range performance and a sense of strength. To reduce the bracket and reduce weight, the RAM air duct is firm and supports the tool panel, and the mirror stays. The central ram air duct directs the air to the airbox in a straight channel, decreasing turbulence and growing pressure for maximum utilization efficiency.
Digital Fuel Injection (KP)
Long throttle bodies increase the throttle response by swelling the distance between the primary and sub-throttle valves.
The new Dual throttle valves (KP) featuring 38mm Keihin throttle bodies provide outstanding performance and riding. The ECU controls the sub-throttle, positioned in the throttle bore before the new central throttle valves, to offer the DFI system a more accurate throttle response than a constant-speed carburetor.
The quantity of fine atomizing fuel injectors has been enlarged, and the spray pattern has been changed to recover mixing with air for increased displacement.
Stainless Steel Exhaust
The joint pipe attaches the four stainless steel header pipes to extremely low to medium-range torque. The exhaust system aids in increasing the power of low and medium ranges without losing the performance of the top end. A pre-chamber under the engine aids in distributing weight, reducing exhaust noise, and reducing muffler capacity.

Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS)

Fast handling and extra input from front tires, thanks to a 23.5-degree rack angle. The engine mount was designed to allow more accurate turning and less effort when bending.
Big Piston Separate Function Inverted Fork (KP)
Thanks to an all-new spring in both legs, the new preload and damping duty are divided into right and left fork tubes. The preload is adjusted to its left, while compression and rebound damping are modified to the right. For easy access, all adjustments are mounted at the top of the screw fork.
To increase performance during hard brakes, 37mm pistons form a strong wetting force.
Suspension settings are suitable for turning roads and city rides while maintaining strong track performance.
Uni-Trak Rear Suspension (KP)
On city roads and the highway, Uni-Trak lever ratios and shock-damping settings provide a comfortable ride.
The cast aluminum swing arm’s rigidity and the right combination of flex work together to balance the frame’s rigidity for excellent handling. Preload, compression, and rebound damping can all be adjusted to the shove rear shock and the ride height.
Ninja Styling
