The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R ABS Sports Motorcycle will retain its “King of the Quarter Mile” title for another year. 1,441cc DOHC with inline-four engines capable of delivering and a monocoque aluminum frame for balance, performance, and quick handling. Thanks to the premium onboard electronics and uncompromising beauty, the rider can easily walk on the track and back roads. It has two power levels and a three-mode Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC) system that can quickly turn on and off with a switch.
Bremo® 4-piston monoblock calipers attached to large floating front discs and a high-grade dash meter, back-torque limiting sleeper clutch, stainless steel braided clutch and brake lines, and stainless steel braided. Clutch and brakes are also included.
2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R ABS Sports Motorcycle – Features and Specs
Unique Key Features
- Brembo Brake System;
- Custom, Aggressive Styling;
- Powerful 1441CC Kawasaki Engine;
- Monocoque Aluminum Frame;
- Adjustable Power Mode;
- Kawasaki Traction Control (Kawasaki Control)
Engine
Longstroke engines produce tremendous torque at all rpm and have significantly more power in the medium to high rpm range, with significant acceleration starting at 4,000 rpm. Mild combustion chambers in the cylinder head increase compression for better performance.
The forged piston is designed to fit in the combustion chamber, is solid and light, and includes a tension-relieving skirt. For more excellent cooling and efficiency, the piston cooling jet system continuously sprays oil on the underside of the piston.
Advanced Electronic Riding Aids
Although the Ninja ZX-14R’s engine performance is designed to be enjoyed without a filter, the operator may choose to use some advanced electronic riding aids that are standardized according to riding conditions or preferences.
Kawasaki Traction Control System (KTRC)
An all-new 3-mode system combines the best features of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R’s Sport-KTRC and Kawasaki Concours 14’s KTRC to maximize track riding and rider confidence with moderate lubrication, allowing for smooth riding in slippery conditions. Help give more traction.
The S-KTRC uses complex analysis to calculate when traction conditions will be invasive and respond before the bike’s lubrication exceeds the ideal traction threshold and modes 1 and 2 are controlled.
Power Mode
Allows cyclists to customize power features according to their riding style and conditions. Riders have the option to operate at full power or low power, which is about 75% of total control with mild throttle response.
Ram Air Induction (KP)
For maximum intake performance, the central RAM air duct makes a straight path to the air box. For entire power generation, this system takes cool, high-pressure air from the front of the firing and delivers it through the air cleaner and to the engine.
Digital Fuel Injection (KP)
The throttle body assembly, including the remote idle speed control (ISC) valve, removes the need to regulate the idle and eliminates emissions while slowing down, ensuing in fewer exhaust catalysts and improved efficiency. Dual throttle valves (KP) are fitted to 44 mm of Mikuni throttle bodies and are regulated by ECU for precise response and smooth DFI performance.
Fuel injector nozzles help increase power by dispersing finely atomized fuel over a large area. To enhance throttle response and control, a 32-bit electronic control unit, including a twin throttle valve system, is used.
High-Flow Exhaust System
Large diameter tapered header pipe, a collector, and a large muffler volume are part of the exhaust system. The interior architecture of the mufflers has been improved to maximize emissions flow.
6-Speed Transmission
All gears are heat and surface treated to increase durability and wear resistance. The final gearing further accelerates at high speed. Backtrack limiter (slipper) clutches help protect the power train by stopping the rear wheel hop.
Inverted 43mm Cartridge Type Front Fork (KP)
When applying the brakes, firm damping rates provide a strong starting point to prevent the front end from falling. The rubber damper helps prevent complex bottling. Riders can adjust suspension performance with stepless damping adjustments.
Bottom-Link Uni-Trak® Rear Suspension (KP)
Swing arm with gassed design for extra rigidity. Firm damping rates are required for the front suspension. The link rate provides linear suspension action. The bottom link design focuses on the lower weight of the chassis, which reduces the center of gravity and improves the skylight.
Wind Tunnel-Designed Bodywork
The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R ABS Sports Motorcycle’s unique four-headlight design is featured on the imposing front cowl, which provides an aggressive aspect. The single seat cover is standard, and the tail part is bold.
Firing not only makes the bike more dynamic but also increases the airflow in the radiator, which, combined with the heat guard on the exhaust pipe, helps to limit the amount of heat reaching the rider.
