1. Drawing
Everything starts with an innovative idea. Firstly, the designer first leads by sketching the bike designs on paper. It goes to the graphics tablet, where the designer prepares the final translation by completing and explaining the design features and preparing the forms more accurately.
2. Ratio modeling and virtual modeling
Designer drawings are used in the second phase to make a 3D virtual model of the bike. Using this virtual model, the pre-clay is joined into a scale model. Using this model, the size, sizes, and possibilities of the designer’s proposal are projected, which is the first on a 1: 1 scale. Following the proportion model, the process ensues with a return to virtual modeling, which enables adjustments and revisions to produce another 3D virtual model that will be used for milling the soil.
3. Clay and fine-tuning
Following the making of the pre-clay model, the process lasts with a return to virtual modeling, enabling adjustments and enhancements to create another 3D virtual model that will be used for the clay mill. An all-new, full-scale model has been created using flexible materials similar to the clay of the previous 3D virtual model. Clay is used to refreshing the design concept while drawing only expresses it. Designers and model makers collaborate.
