Engine
The new liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine is powered by fuel, which has a fast response, fast revolving nature, and low solid torque. The engine measures 78.0 x 61.2 mm in diameter and stroke and has a displacement of 292cc. A four-valve DOHC cylinder head offers maximum valve area for full flow. The compression ratio of the Pantrof Combustion Chamber is 11.1: 1, and the use of lightweight pistons, pins, and connecting rods allows for more power-producing rpm. Adopting an efficient cam design reduced each other’s weight while also increasing performance at higher rpm. Cam profiles and intake port design improve the quality of the smooth, high-speed engine.
Chassis
The 2020 Kawasaki KLX300R Powerful Motocross’s chassis is a lightweight semi-double-cradle frame that forms the basis of other Kawasaki off-road bikes. The latest generation of this trial and accurate frame provides the durability required for tough off-road riding, while the rigidity is designed for trail riding.
The frame’s boxed tubular section is made of high tensile steel, resulting in a smaller, lighter package with a 26.9-degree rack and shorter wheelbase, which adds faster handling and better frame stiffness. The KLX300R has 12 “ground clearance, allowing riders to communicate more comfortably on the road. A new lightweight extruded aluminum swingarm enhances the KLX300R’s required stiffness balance, while the D-section arm improves the motorcycle’s appearance.
