The new road-loving 2019 Tiger 800XRx Triumph Adventure Motorcycle is a simple-to-handle adventure bike that’s suitable for traveling the world’s roads as well as going off the beaten path.
The XRX is a bike that delivers a smooth ride with a confident and poised performance. One of the numerous innovations included in this newer XRX is the more responsive Triumph 800 Triple engine, lighter exhaust system, new full-color TFT gauges and controls, new five-position screen, and four riding modes.
The XRX’s dynamic systems work with the 19-inch aluminum cast front wheel and Metzeler Tourance tires to provide a fun and comfortable all-road ride. A new shorter ratio first gear gives you improved low-speed grip and rapid response just when you need it most, and you’ll notice it right away. It comes on top of category-defining technology like ride-by-wire throttle and a new premium Brembo front brake system.

More Responsive Engine & Shorter Ratio First Gear
The exhilarating new generation, mass-optimized 800cc Triple engine produces 95 horsepower and offers increased responsiveness and acceleration. New Full-Color Tft Instruments & Illuminated Switchgear
The Tiger’s mid-and top-spec models include new angle-adjustable, full-color 5″ TFT gauges with access to various rider-focused technologies through the new onboard computer. New ergonomically designed switch cubes and 5-way joysticks are included, with premium LED-backlit buttons on the top-spec Tigers.

Controls
The Tiger 800 models come equipped with Cruise Control, making long drives more pleasant and improving fuel economy.
Technology
Time, ambient temperature, fuel gauge, gear indication, odometer, and route distance are all shown on the LCD panel.
The Tiger 800 XRX and XCX versions include extra features, such as trip duration, average speed, range to empty, average fuel consumption, and instantaneous fuel consumption, among other things.
Electronic Riding Modes
Change modes on the fly, from road to off-road to rider-programmable – and conquer the elements, the road, and everything nature throws at you.
The Tiger 800 series has three Riding Modes that enable the throttle mappings, ABS, and TTC to be adjusted to suit varied road conditions. The throttle mapping, ABS, and Triumph Traction Control are automatically configured when choosing either Road or Off-Road mode.
RIDER MODE enables you to customize these parameters on your own to fit your riding style. The throttle maps in Rider Mode may be changed between Rain, Road, Sport, and Off-Road settings.
Traction Control
Every Tiger 800 comes equipped with Triumph Traction Control, a first-in-class innovation that stops the rear wheel from spinning unexpectedly and reduces engine torque to minimize lateral grip loss.
Advanced Traction Control is available on the XCX/XCA and XRX/XRT, with three settings: 1. ROAD: designed for use on the road with minimal rear-wheel slip.
2. OFF-ROAD: Increased rear wheel slip is possible.
3. OFF: Turns off the traction control.

Engine
The Tiger 800 is as well suited to long-distance rides as it conquers the rough terrain since it delivers a continuous flow of torque across the rpm range. The ride-by-wire throttle technology on the second-generation 800cc engine provides smoother power delivery, more excellent responsiveness, and reduced pollutants.
Fuel Efficiency
The new Tiger 800 features a 17 percent increase in fuel economy, which, when combined with the sizeable 19-liter fuel tank, means you can ride for longer.

LED Fog Lights
High-powered Philips Altilin LEDs drilled and brushed marine grade aluminum shields and an integrated tubular mounting rail make up this high-performance twin fog lamp kit. Fully waterproof lighted push button for ease of operation even in the most inhospitable environments.
Low Seat
The Low Comfort Rider Seat is designed to provide maximum comfort and aesthetics. It’s around 20mm lower than the regular component and comes with a dual fabric cover, contrasting stitch detail, and Triumph branding to make it appear as lovely as it feels.
Panniers
These waterproof panniers include a 1.5mm thick aluminum frame with polymer corner reinforcing further protection. Each Pannier has a 37-liter capacity and uses a quick-release system to connect to custom mounting frames.
Handguards
Triumph Hand Guards are sturdy molded nylon and feature better wind resistance and finger clearance. For optimal performance, it was put through its paces in a wind tunnel.
Handlebar Risers
These Handlebar Risers have a 30mm height adjustment range and replace original components to enhance ergonomics for taller riders.
Heated Grips
These internally wired Heated Grips, designed exclusively for the Tiger 800, provide multiple temperature heat settings, selectable via bar-mounted dual-color push-button controls.
