Chassis
The frame of the 2019 HP4 Race BMW Sport Bike is made of seamless carbon fiber and is a connected component from the steering head to the pivot of the swingarm. Compared with the standard frame, it saves nearly 9 pounds of weight.
It has nothing to do with its style, but a characteristic of BMW HP4 Race carbon technology. The designer facilitated pre-calculation and combined torsion and stiffness depending on the function. Design
The 2019 HP4 Race BMW Sport Bike is specially designed for the race track, with a self-supporting carbon fiber front plate. Engine
The HP4 Race engine is handmade in Berlin and is an enhanced version of the long-distance WM and World SBK. It delivers 215 hp (158 kW), and the maximum speed is increased to 14,500 rpm.
The maximum torque of 88 lb.-ft is 10,000 rpm. After our experts recorded the engine grinding and integration on the test bench, the first service including oil change, was performed.
The endoscope inspects the engine and adjusts the control time and valve clearance. It means that the 2019 HP4 Race BMW Sport Bike can play its full potential on the track from the date of delivery.
