They claim that inspiration for this didn’t come from their world titles nor from their riders, instead, they accepted, “…a challenge that was perhaps even more difficult…”

Design
Now the term ‘Veloce’ is Italian for speed. The designers have done a fantastic job at making the new bike as eye-catching as possible. Overall the bikes looks can be classified as quite aggressive and sleek. The team has done quite a nice job trying to make this bike striking as well as practical, as can be clearly seen from the Side Panniers. Besides having 30 liters of capacity each, these seem to integrate quite nicely with the bikes overall style while not compromising on the passenger’s comfort. For the passenger, the grips provided at the back provide support while the rider gets to carry his luggage with him, which is always a big plus. The 2018 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso Touring Bike incorporates a 22-liter fuel tank for comfortable medium length journeys. The side grips have built indicators giving back control to the rider along with an LED light cluster. Most importantly the windshield is adjustable up to 60 mm which further provides space for gloves or accessories. Alloy wheels are also part of the design.
Engine
In terms of performance this 2018 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso Touring Bike boasts an 800 cc engine built for a nice and smooth power curve. The bike incorporates in its engine castings oil and water cooling system which equals to a simpler design. In terms of handling Turismo Veloce offers incredible vehicle dynamics thanks to its counter-rotating crankshaft. The mechanical slipper clutch is integrated into the Turismo, unlike the Stradale. Now, these minor changes all incorporate to give the following benefits to its customers. Overall servicing has decreased by almost half, from 6000 km to 15,000 km, and you don’t need to worry about the valve or spark plugs until 30,000 km. The new 2018 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 Lusso Touring Bike also boasts a stronger 450 W motor and a 400 cell catalytic converter in its exhaust system.
The bike also offers four modes for greater control touring, sport, rain and custom setting the max power output to 90 HP, 110 HP, 80 HP and custom HP respectively. Other features that can be adjusted are the engine torque curve in-line with ‘Power Output’ (2 levels), ‘Rev Limiter cut-in point’ (Hard or Soft), ‘Throttle Sensitivity’ (3 levels), ‘Engine Braking’ (2 levels), ‘Engine Response’ (2 levels) and Traction Control (8 levels). The 5″ Instrument Cluster is a TFT display offering better visuals for the rider to stay focused. Automatic switching between Daytime Running Lamp to Low Beam is also offered in this model. Bluetooth connectivity is also offered by Turismo.
Frame
The frame consists of steel tubing at the front set off by aluminum alloy side plates giving it its neat look. The suspension system is powered by MVCSC 2.0 which offers excellent shock absorption and control.
